We enjoyed everything about it

This apartment is cozy, spacious and well kitted out. The host Rako is very organised and friendly and their staff are very welcoming, kind and super helpful. We were treated very well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to a family or group of friends who want to enjoy Split or even the surrounding area. It is situated in a very good location with the old town and essential facilities very close by and the nearest beach only around a 15min walk too.

The apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator. Cannot let windows opened due to traffic noise. The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy.

Close to the city center. Very good price/quality ratio. We could benefit from the peacocks discussions night and day. The host is very kind and flexible.

The apartment we stayed were quite old. It was really difficult to find the apartment arriving by car, as the entrance was small despite the given instruction. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator, so we had to leave our luggage in the car and only brought the necessities.

Old town is approx. 15 min walk from the apartment. The check-in instructions were very clear. There were fruits and chocolate provided for us. The TV in a bedroom was huge. The price was reasonable. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We had a party of 8. The apartment technically sleeps that many, however it was very cramped as the apartment is small. And having one toilet for that many people is not great.

The apartment is dated but a fine choice for staying in an old city. The location was easy to walk into old town and there were many groceries and restaurants nearby. The parking was very convenient and safe.

It was a 5 floor without lift! You can do it unless you have any knee problem! For us it was not a problem but it is an alert in case you have any issues

The owner let us to stay longer 1 hour. This was amazing as it aloud us to clean and finish to pack our stuffs! Very central

Great host, very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed my week there very much. Stairs a killer at start but fine for Vacation (floor 6). Great location and stunning veiws. Very calm and enjoyable balcony since it does not face the mainstreet.

A little far out from the main part of the city, but don't let that stop you!

Great location and was perfect for a big group for the Ultra music festival. Easy enough to catch an Uber into the city centre too!

Be aware there are 2 different apartments. There was no 'Bella Vista' from our apartment.

The host was very welcoming - good communication throughout. Air conditioning was on when we got there - nice and cool. Short walk to the centre.

3 separate bedrooms accommodated 5 people very comfortably. We arrived unexpectedly late but María sent excellent directions & photos and wax available for questions. In addition to the bowl of apples in the apartment, the she brought us delicious donuts as we headed out in the morning.

This apartment was on the third floor which builds in daily fitness to getting out and about. A bit of a walk to Diocletians Palace but not unreasonable.

The hostess is super warm and friendly and bends over backwards to be accessible at anytime for any need. Being able to wash and hang up laundry a big plus.

Only one bathroom and one toilet in a 3 bedroom apartment. The lights in the toilet weren’t working and one of the fans fell apart when we turned it on (slightly hazardous). Very difficult if you are two families with children. Also, apartment is on the 4th floor and only accessible by stairs. So, don’t bring much if you plan to stay here!

Beautiful apartment with 2 big bedrooms and a lovely balcony to sit in. The location is good, walking distance from Split Old Town. The host provided a fully equipped kitchen with fresh fruits and snacks. They also had facilities for washing clothes.

it was spacious and the host left us fresh fruit which was lovely to receive. we were able to make fresh orange juice for our breakfast. The host was very accommodating and even gave us a lovely restaurant recommendation.

The beds were noisy when making the slightest move. One of the two person beds was more akin to a sleeping couch. The appartment was on the 5th floor without lift, which meant quite a lot of stairs in extreme heat.

Very easy to independently fetch the keys and return them too as we arrived and left at rather unorthodox times. Host communicated clearly how to manage the property. The host also often inquired if we needed anything and was very helpful in providing information regarding tourist attractions for us, including additional discounts we wouldn't otherwise have gotten.

Older building, dated furnishings, and LOTS of stairs. No living room, just a dining table and chairs in the common area. The third bedroom was just okay. Each bedroom needs a mirror - we all used the one in the main bedroom to get ready. The 2 terraces don't offer much.

The location and parking for 2 cars was great. We walked everywhere. 3 bedrooms were good for 3 couples. Liked having a separate toilet from the main bath. Nice to have air conditioning.
