Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything! The host is super nice and very willing to help with any questions/problems. The apartment is great and big enough for our 4-person group (granny, grand kid and parents); very very clean and nicely decorated with style; has everything we need for preparing our own breakfast (even for normal cooking I see everything is there, which we didn't try though as we mostly ate outside); Private parking and about 8-10 mins drive to the center of Zadar. our little one even got a small gift from the host before we left, which was very sweet and she loves it. We would love to come back and live here again the next time we visit Zadar.

We had a great time staying in Apartments Aurora. This is a family run business and they went above and beyond in making sure that we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. They had even messaged us soon after booking to let us know of the weather so we are in the right attire and advise us of places to see. They were available at any time should we have any queries. The accomodation itself was well furnished and clean with the kitchen also well equipped. They have a beautiful garden below and a balcony that overlooks the town. The accommodation is around 8-10 minutes walk away from two big supermarkets including Lidl and there were some small eateries nearby as well. To get to the main city however you do have to take a car for a 10 minute journey. But, for a small fee, the owners were more than happy to drop you off to the centre. The apartment is also situated around 10 minutes via car from Supernova shopping mall.
