Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Easy parking in front of this building.(Private lot) - need to contact the host/hostess in advance to reserve the lot. Enough size for 3 of us. Cute garden for enjoying the outdoor vibes. - enough chairs & table.

Very well maintained, spacious and comfortable. Location was good . Not too near nor too far from the Old City as it can get busy. Walking distance and if was convenient. GermanyThere is no dedicated parking lot, and I understood that I would have to park on the street nearby, but it was always full and it was difficult to find an empty space. However, the staff was kind and polite to help me with parking, so it wasn't a big problem.
The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk from downtown Split. It's in a residential area, so noise wasn't an issue. The staff was very kind, friendly, and quick to respond. They prepared towels in advance for the number of nights and persons we were staying, which was very helpful. They also prepared the necessary consumables such as detergent and shampoo too.

North MacedoniaThe only thing is that the bed in the bedroom was not so comfortable for 2 people sleeping although I think it had a couch in the living room that looked that can be made in bed. The position of the apartment is great, only the street noises sometimes are unbearable but that is not a fault of Perimar but to the tourists of Split.
The apartment has anything you need for 3 nights stay. It was very clean, it had everything from shampoo to beach towels. The host was amazing, she offered chocolate and wine, she was very helpful for everything. The apartment had everything what was said in the booking. It had a nice patio with perfect outdoor furniture and you can relax in the shadows.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon was wonderful! The little kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom too with a lovely shower. Location was perfect as it was close to everything but in a quiet area. Communication was great with the property who answered all the questions we asked and arranged a parking spot for us. Would highly recommend staying here.

GermanyIt has a problem with ants. Ants find their way from outside to the apartment. Shower is only enough for 2-3 persons, then you need to wait quite some time for a hot shower.
Convenient location, walking distance to old town and supermarket. It has all possible kitchen appliances plus a washing machine. Well cleaned apartment. Convenient parking in front of the property.
