Nothing I didn't like, but as the host, Ana mentioned it's a cozy old town apartment. It is located on the third floor without a lift in an old residential building. It's no problem for me to walk up the maple stairs while carrying my backpack. But people who have big luggage may be concerned about. Another thing is no lighting on the staircase during night time, so using your torch in your mobile phone can solve it.

This apartment is located in the heart of the old town in Zadar. All the historical sites are within walking distance. It's just a few steps to reach the promenade, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset there every evening. Also, I really enjoyed the natural music in Sea organ, which is the best place for meditation especially in the early morning. The apartment is cozy and is good for a couple or solo. With the host's warm hospitality, I highly recommend it to anyone who plans to visit Zadar.

Apartment is up 3 flights of stairs, which can't be helped, but worth being aware of for accessibility reasons.

Excellent location! The apartment was very easy to find from the airport shuttle bus stop (5 min walk) and walking distance from Old Town attractions, cafés and bars. Stunning view of St Donatus's Church and the sea - see photos. The host provided detailed helpful instructions about how to get into the apartment, as well as information about the city. This was a lovely touch and really helped us enjoy our stay. Excellent apartment with good facilities. We especially made use of the kettle and coffee maker. Good wifi too, and everything was spotlessly clean.

Be mindful there is no elevator to the apartment located at the third floor. This is not a compliant but rather a reminder.

Great location, sea view and view onto square. Comfortable beds, everything provided, lacking nothing for a few days stay.. Easy check in, folder with info on things to do in city. Perfect for a few days away.

Instructions for finding parking, entering apartment and how to retrieve the key from a secure lock box were very easy to follow. The host was very responsive to any questions we had before we arrived. Once we checked in, Ana was very accommodating and helped us since there was a city water problem just as we checked in. She delivered large water bottles to make sure we were comfortable and had access to clean water until the city turned water back on a few hours later. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need to enjoy a stay while exploring Zadar.

In the old twon excellent location, and taxi can approach! The window veiw is amazing. At night time is quiet.

Must be - Best apartment so far I've been in Zadar.Location inside the heart of the town 4min walk to the pier, seaside. Apartment is well maintained and has everything you need I feel like at home, has beautiful sea view and old town. Very clean, quiet, very comfy bed and sofa.Firstly owner very helpful very polite with great design skills to make you feel like at home home at her apartment I'm so happy and I will be back definitely 😀 I highly recommend apartment and location Thank you

Nothing but would just like to mention that there are a lot of stairs to the apartment and no lift it didn’t affect us but may affect someone with reduced mobility

The location is amazing, right at the heart of the old city and next to the sea. There was a lot of space, everything was clean and tidy. The communication was also great and Ana was kind enough to accommodate us during our checkout. Many thanks for everything, looking forward to revisit Zadar!
