If you want to be close to the ocean and the swimming pool, this accommodation is for you. We loved that we could walk to the beach easily and it is only a few minutes walk to the old town. The balcony even had a bit of a sea view. The host was great and we had a fabulous time in Zadar.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we are extremely happy about this place. It’s a stone throw away from the Kolovare beach and very close to the old city by car. Very nicely located place. The apartment owner is very kind and gentle in guiding us to many places and suggesting some good restaurants. All the amenities in this apartment are good and well maintained and clean. The terrace was lovely too. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Double ok to recommend this apartment. A special thanks to the host for taking care of our requests. We will definitely revisit this place when coming back to Zadar.

The property was spacious, and very easy to access everything around the old town area. The host provided a lot of really helpful information about things to do, places to go, restaurants etc which was great. We had a car park directly outside the apartment and we could easily walk everywhere. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. Just great.

Hosts were very kind and gentle. They provide us all the informations we needed and they helped us on everything. The partment maybe for 4 person is a little bit small for long stay but if you are able to adapt is perfect.

The place is well equipped, bed is quite comfy and there's a swinging chair on the terrace that you can use to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Last but not least - even though I haven't met the owner in person - we were in touch via Whatsapp and they were extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect! Overall I had a lovely stay!

A lovely, modern apartment. Very comfortable with 4 people. Everything was spotlessly clean. Great location with the beach across the road with a cafe/bar. No noise at night. 8 minute walk to the old town.

It was everything ok.

The Appartment was clean. The location is very central, the beach was in front just 5 minutes walking and the old town was very close too. It was great that we could park our car just in front of the appartment. Uncomplicated Check-in and Check-out. The communication with Danjiela was very good. She gave us very good recommendations for eating and actually we went to 4Kantuna. Great food! We totally recommend this place!

It got a little loud from drunken kids passing the street outside at night but not for long and not very often, other than that everything was perfect!

Our host Danijela was very clear with instructions and it was very easy to get to the apartment. Apartment was pristine clean and in excellent location (right next to the beach and so close to the Old Town). Danijela provided us with tips for local restaurants and supermarkets and she left fresh cherries for us, which was such a kind thing to do :) will definitely come back in the future.

The downside is that the air conditioning on a turnkey basis and if you are not in the apartment there is no chance to have cooled down and turn off the air conditioning upon arrival. Terrace in the courtyard. A window from the very quarrelsome and noisy neighbors leads to the terrace.

The apartment is in a great location. Close to the center. Clean and newly furnished. Equipped for cooking and working. A responsible person very nice and helpful.

In a great location - 2 mins to Kolovare beach, 6/8 mins to Old town, 4 mins to supermarket. It’s spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Danijela the host was very helpful and always prompt with communications.
