Lounge configuration could be more user friendly. Sofa offset from the TV makes it difficult to relax. Be better directly in front of the TV. The Katia apt is up 4 flights of stairs no lift. Be mindful that the apt is in a residential block, so there are sounds of children playing in the courtyard from time to time. Took us sometime to find the apt.

Great location. Very well equipped had everything you could need. Clean, bedrooms spacious. Beds comfortable. TV had prime video and youtube. Ivan was a great host. Kitchen was modern aswell was the bathroom. Good hot water pressure for shower. The bathroom is a good size and had a washing machine. Good value for money. The bar next door the music stopped at midnight. However, we liked the music very retro 70 80s Disco.

The location of the apartment is just perfect - right in the middle of Old town of Zadar, close to everything you might need. Walking distance to cafe, bar, shops, restaurants, monuments, etc. However, it was very noisy in the evenings because it is just next to the bar that turns out to be disco in the late hours. Coffee machine will be a great addition to the apartment, it is well equipped though.

Really clean and comfortable! The host was really nice and answer to messages fast. The apartment was really close to everything. I would recommend this and would stay here sgain if I come back to zadar.

Excellent and fast communication with the host that gave us the keys and showed us everything as soon as we arrived. The apartment is located in the city center and everything is within walking distance. It had everything we needed, it was comfortable and clean.

The property is above a bar which is fairly loud until 2am. It was not a problem for us but light sleepers or children should be aware.

The outside of the apartment is a little off putting and the stairs are really dark at night. inside the apartment was great.

The only downside is the fact that the bedroom windows are above a noisy bar terrace. It's not a big deal because they stop the music at 1, 1:30 latest but if you're not cool with that better get some earplugs. Other than that everything is great.

Being central to so much is great; however, it also includes being right above a bar that plays music until at least midnight. Didn't bother us much because we love the nightlife and our kids are teenagers. But someone with younger children might be bothered by the bar location/noise

Air conditioning was amazing, such a relief from a hot day out (empty the water bucket outside when possible though). Great location-right outside are so many restaurants. Short walk to some great spots, longest walk was 15 mins to Kolovare beach. Host was great and easy to meet up with.

very clean property and Ivan was amazing organising a meal reservation and birthday for our friend who had her 50th while in Zadar, also organised taxis for the airport which was brilliant as we didn’t waste anytime working out buses etc, location is amazing right in the heart of old town and just a short walk to New town and the beach! would highly recommend this property and Ivan as a host

Third floor, no elevator - might be a problem for people who don't like stairs.

Localisations - you exit the flat straight into streets of the Old Town. All possible facilities, space outside to hang up the clothes after a visit at the beach, there were even clothes pegs available, extension cords near the beds for charging electronics.

Our apartment is right over a bar. The man who handed us the keys says it will be a bit loud until midnight. It was REALLY loud until after 2:00am both Fri and Sat night. We were all so tired that we fell asleep, but kept waking up to the music. We have teenagers, so they adjusted well. So, for weekend nights, I cannot recommend this to a family with kids 10 and under. For other travelers, it is just a know-what-you-are-getting-into situation. The toilet seat kept slipping off the porcelain. The closets had strong smell of air freshener.

Comfortable and perfectly accommodated. Conveniently located by so many restaurants and the beach. A ten minute walk to the famed Sea Organ. The A/C was strong and there was fresh fruit for us. The beds are comfortable. We stayed only on Friday & Saturday nights. If live music is your jam, this is the place!

It’s located in the city center of Zadar, but just in front there is a pub/club with music, which might not let you sleep. Still, I think the walls and windows make a half good job soundproofing the rooms. It could have been worse, but still you listen it.

The location is very good in the city center of Zadar, close to most of main tourist spots of the city.
