My friends and I had an amazing stay at Apartments Karla in Dubrovnik. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, even surprising us with a birthday cake and wine for my friend's celebration. He was helpful throughout our entire visit, from arrival to departure. The location was excellent. We highly recommend this place!

The television did not work, but, for us, that was not an issue. The biggest drawback by far are the 40 steps leading up to the property and the steps inside from the front door to the room, which are quite narrow. This might present a problem for some senior citizens.

I would descrbe the accommodation as 'compact', i.e. like a hotel room. The host was very helpful and friendly. The room was very cean, comfotable and in very excellent decorative order. Overall, we enjoyed our four-night stay. The great advantage is that it is very, I repeat, very, central to the Old Town and everything a tourist might want to see. It is very secure and the provision of hot water extremely good, as was the heating system. There was adequate storage and the Wi-Fi worked well. There are numerous restaurants nearby and also several supermarkets.

The stairs make it challenging with luggage. The clothes line outside makes noise at night as wind blows and hit windows.

Due to booking complications we were not able to stay at Maros place but he was incredibly quick to find an alternative place for us to stay and went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Due to complications with our flight we didn't arrive at the expected time but Maro was constantly in contact to assure we could get to the apartment directly when we arrived. We are incredibly grateful for the time and effort you invested and will definitely make sure to book with you again if we return to Dubrovnik! Thanks a million!

The kitchen space and cooking facilities were a bit lacking but I accept we're used to big fabulous kitchens nowadays. We just used for prepping breakfast and snacks so wasn't an issue. But if your a family of 6 and planning on eating in the apartment a lot, be prepared.

Great location, just set back from the main street that runs the length of the old town, about two thirds of the way up from main street to buza gate. goes without saying you need to be reasonably fit to deal with the stairs up to the apartment and subsequent stairs between the three floor within the apartment. Traditional(slightly dated) decor but with plenty of charm. Air con throughout, on our trip was a god send as it was really hot. Really helpful staff before and on arrival. Would be happy to stay again.

Studio apartment in an excellent location in the old town. There are some steps to the apartment so may be an issue with people with mobility issues but this would be an issue anywhere in the old town. The owner, Maro was exceptionally friendly and provided help and suggestions for our stay. We were met on the main street to be guided to the apartment. The apartment was spotless and our bedding and towels were changed halfway through our stay. In case of any confusion, this location has two apartments. We were in the 1st floor studio while there is a larger two floor apartment above.

This place is amazing. 1. The location is excellent 2 The apartment is excellent. The apartment has two floors.: the bedroom and the bathroom on the first floor and the large living room and the kitchen on the second floor. 3. The place is very clean and has everything you need even for longer stay. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of being over there. 4. The hostess Ivana is absolutely delight. She communicated with us from the moment we rented the place. She explained to us every detail starting with arrival from the airport. Her English is very good. I definitely would recommend this place.to anyone who is planning to come to Dubrovnik. I hope to come again with my kids. Thank you Ivana

Everything was great

Exceptional location right in the heart of old town, and yet, quiet street. It's a 2 level apartment, so it's spacious and feels like home. The views from windows are great. Maro is super friendly, easy to communicate and very accommodating.. He would go out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. And the cherries from his garden left for us were such a nice touch. Would return back!!!

Family of 4. It was absolutely a wonderful stay. Apartment is very well located, nicely equiped and very comofortable - 2 Floor, and spacious. It has also nice charm with all old decorations. The host is Wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend
