place was great for family with 3 kids. quiet and clean. very well equiped (microwave, toster, oven, washing machine, hair dryer, towels, wi-fi, TV). 50m to sea. veiw from 2nd floor was stunning, bus stop - bus number 8. 2 restaurants nearby, highly recommended. thank you Anka :-) it was a pleasure to stay there

Everything was clean, plenty od kitchen appliances to use and of course, there was coffee and tea 😊 We stayed at the apartment with a balcony, three bedrooms,one toilet and a bathroom (with both shower and a bath tub). We enjoyed our stay and the host was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend!!!!

This accommodation exceeded my expectations. It was perfect for our weekend in Zadar. In front of the beach with a beautiful view from the terrace. The host was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment is big, comfortable and clean. Everything we expected and more. Definitely coming back!

There is no heating in the apartament so it was a Little Cold but there is airconditioner in the living room which helps in this case. Soemtimes you need to wait a Little for hot water if there are few People taking a shower one by one.

Owner of the place is very Nice and helpful, she explained us how to get to the city center. When we had a problem with the key she arrived quickly to help when I called her. The view from the balkony on the sea. Easy to get to the city center by bus. Calm and quiet surrounding. Nice restaurants nearby. Well equiped kitchen.

For self-caterers, the kitchen was a little sparsely equipped. Also, the living/dining room was a bit uncomfortably furnished, but who spends a lot of time on the couch on a vacation, anyway ;-).

The location of the apartment is excellent. Restaurants, sea and stores, all within easy walking distance. We stayed on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the sea and the evening sky.

This is such a cute apartment and was extremely comfortable for our family. We had 5 people stay and it was comfortable and roomy. It was very clean and Anka is amazing. The location is central to so much and there are a few beaches close and it was perfect.

I could only mention two small things: a full-length mirror would be very good, (there were only two small ones in the bath and the toilet. Mosquito nets were only on the windows, but one of the bedrooms has no windows, only a patio door, which unfortunately did not have nets, so we could not ventilate in the evening, and it was exactly the room where there was no air conditioning either. We couldn’t leave the door open with my partner for the evening, as there was another young couple in the other room. Because of this, this room became quite airless and stuffy very quickly.

I really liked the area, you could see the sea from the balcony. (We were on the top level) Find everything within a few minutes walk. Beach fifty meters from the house, convenience store a few minutes, restaurants also. Our hostess Anka was very nice. The house has its own private parking.

The apartment we had (ground floor) was really super spacious and perfectly equipped. Anka, the host, was really nice all the time and speaks perfect English. Mali Milini beach in front of the Falkensteiner resort is great for kids.

The place has great location, really 2mins from the beach, what we appreciated having 2 small kids. Also the appartment was clean, spacious and well equiped. Restaurant and supermarket nearby as well. Recommended!
