The only negative was that the window in the lounge didn't close so when the weather got warmer the air con didn't work too well so was often quite warm in the evenings.

The owner was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to messages and sorted any issues swiftly. The apartment was very clean and had everything that was advertised. The location was perfect with it being a 2 minute walk into the city centre.

We got sent a message to let us know the wifi login, however we didn't receive it till we found wifi in a shop nearby. A little inconvenient.

The location near the old town was excellent. A public car park nearby and walking distance into town. A short drive to a couple of lovely beaches.

Double bed was clearly 2 singles put together and was lopsided. Air conditioning was good in the living room but none in bedrooms, so it was very hot.

Parking nearby is not easy, my car was on the verge of towing away by the police. The appartment is quite basic, not so many kitches supplies (basic), though quite neat in general.

When staying here, you'd aim for central Split, which is on a stone's through away. Nice bars, restaurants, take-ways with local specialities, ice-saloons. That is great.

We had a hard time finding parking. There is a public lot just up the street but it was an adventure trying to find a spot and figuring out how to pay for parking since we got there when no one was working. (We figured out how to pay online. It was free to park when we got there and overnight so we only had to pay from 7 AM until the time we left. Payment machines at the lot do not work during the free hours) The apartment is just at the edge of where the pedestrian only zone starts so you really need to park at that lot if you have a car.

Wonderful location and clean. The owner was nice and he made it easy to check in. There is a bakery and grocery store right down the street in the pedestrian only area.

We stay on the ground floor, and premises are not very spacious, although it has two bedrooms. Additionally, we have problem with internet access, which was not fixed so easily from the owner.

Location was almost perfect, as you can walk from the premises and in a few minutes you are already in the Old Town of Split.

the hot water was only enough for one 5 min shower, you would need to wait for the boiler to hear back up before the other person showers. property was a lot smaller than expected however we was only there for one night so it wasn’t too bad

The key hand over was not clear and I had to call the host. Luckily it went all well. Not much information ahead and no parking.

The location was great. Close to a very nice restaurant. We just stayed one night. Host was responding and helpful.

The nearest parking was on the overcrowded parking lot. Road on the front of the house can get bit loud in the night and the morning so no sleeping with an open window. No AC in the room, only kitchen/lounge.

Close to the Split city centre if you want to see the town. The apartment was clean and just fine with the basic equipment you'd need for a short stay. If you're planning beach holidays, this is not the spot for you.
