For the first time, I can confidently give 10/10. The apartment was very clean - even with a crawling toddler exploring every corner. It was very cozy, we felt like at home. There was nothing missing in terms of amenities. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. We will definitely be returning for our next visit to Split. Thanks Vlatko!

Great location just on the edge of the old town, so quick and easy to see the sights! The property was spacious and clean, the aircon worked well, and there was even a washing machine!

Just be warned that it is on the second level and be prepared to carry luggage up. There is no lift. I didn't realise this.

Spacious apartment! Clean and felt very comfortable. Great restaurant across the road. Facilities were excellent. The owner was very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. The location is fantastic. Close to everything. Would love to return again!

The parking. There is nothing reserved. If you are lucky, there might be a space, but they are quickly filled after vacating. We had to pay for our first 4 hours in the adjacent lot, and then keep a close eye on the spaces in front of the apartment. A bit of a hassle if you plan to do day trips.

The apartment itself was awesome. Clean, great location, well set up. Host was helpful and friendly.

We were met to reserve a free parking space outside the apartment. It really had everything we needed and was in the perfect location for us - not right in the centre of the action, but a short walk away. The restaurant across the road was brilliant too.

A tasteful well appointed property. Location was amazing, minutes walk from the old town. Vlanko met us at property and had reserved a car space right out front for us… this is like gold in Split so made our stay hassle free. Coffee machine was fabulous, we enjoyed this with fresh local croissants before heading off for day to explore. We were able to wash clothes and reset in the middle of our travels in Croatia.

Vlatko is super friendly and exceptionally helpful. He met us outside the property, an apartment in a historic building that has been in his family for generations, and gave us a nice summary of the area with recommendations. The aparment itself is well equipped including a clothes washing machine. It is situated across the alley from an excellent traditional restaurant run by folks as friendly as Vlatko. Location is ideal; quiet but walking distance to everything in the old center

This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location, just minutes away from the Old town/the palace. The apartment is very modern, decorated extremely tastefully, but also has lots of charm and character. It's fully furnished and equipped for an enjoyable stay. The owner was very friendly, flexible and responded to messages quickly. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommended.

There was air-conditioning in both rooms. Very comfy sofa bed. Nice TV with netflix. Good kitchen facilities. Nice bathroom with washing machine. Host Vlatko was very helpful and offered recommendations for food.

Apartment is very good furnished and with comfortable furniture and very spacious.The location is perfect meters from the central promenade and the old town of Split. Around there are many bars, restaurants, extremely convenient.

The host Vlatko met us and handed over the keys to us. He gave us a brief tour of the apartment and also the things we could do in the city. The apartment is very well located , right next to the Palace so it was very convenient. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the required amenities.

All of it was great! Just be prepared for steps as there is no lift.

Roomy and clean and very central to everything (old town is a few minutes walk), without being IN the center of everything (read: nice and quiet late at night). The host, Vlatko, is also super nice and was very very helpful when I couldn't find parking near the property.

Staff went above and beyond to facilitate our needs. Late check out without even asking which was super helpful, incredibly clean facilities with added extras - wine and water in the fridge. Super quiet location also. Very relaxed staff. Taxi was planned for us and even with a delayed flight the staff were prepared to wait up late for us. Incredible location in old town Split within walking distance to everything. Couldn't recommend an apartment enough.

Amazing placement in the city, super clean and nice. Surprisingly modern and good facilities. Also the host Vlatko was super nice and helped us with everything since we had some problems with travelling to Split because of cancellations.

The property is really well renewed and organised. The apartment is really clean and bright and you have anything that you could need in every moment of your stay. Vlatko it’s really friendly, polite and available in case of any issues and necessity. He replies promptly anytime and he can speak English very well and also a bit of Italian. The location is perfect and close to the centre. I really recommend to opt for this apartment in Split👍🏼👍🏼
