Luca was a brilliant host. So friendly and helpful. The rooms were so well equipped . All the facilities were first rate .the shower was especially awesome. Probably the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Buses were on the doorstep. Brilliant Bistro ( Bistro 49) was 12 steps away where we had 2 evening meals and 2 breakfasts. Would highly recommend staying here .

Owner could not have been any kinder towards us. We were late arriving due to traffic at the border, but he patiently waited for us on the street and volunteered to carry our heavy case up the steps to our room. Upon arrival, despite our late hour, he thoroughly explained all that was required in the room, and despite starting at 5:30 a.m. the following day, he accompanied us downstairs to a restaurant to ensure they would serve us food, despite being near closing time. He then checked we were ok in the restaurant before he left for the evening. After a long and tiring journey, his welcoming face and demeanour was very much appreciated. Location was ideal for us as bus stop with easy access to old town right by the door, as well as being right opposite the main bus station. Such a gracious host and wonderful stay!

Location : Quite far from the old town (40 mins walking or a €2 bus ride) Check-in : We had to stand around, waiting in the sun for 10-20 mins, waiting for the host to come to open the door to check us in, even after messaging and calling him. Room : It was advertised as sea view but you can't really see much of the sea. It was also a bit smaller than expected. The AC was in a bit of a weird position, which made the room a bit stuffy and hot at night. There was only 1 room key provided, and that room key controlled the power to the room. This is very burdensome as it means that during the hot summer, you can't come back to a cold refreshing room. This also means that you can't charge anything when you leave. Not to mention the struggle when there is more than 1 of you and one person wants to go out as it means that all the power is shut down during the 2 mins you leave to bring in your partner.

The room was nice. The location was really close to the main bus station, which was helpful. The father of the host was really nice.

Everything was great and practical, Luka was kind and showed us the way to the parking spot and everything else we needed for our stay. The room is nice, well equipped, and close to many restaurants and amenities.

Owner Luka was the most welcoming and kind gentleman! He met us at our scheduled time, took us up to our room, took the time to explain all the features, and also explained the bus into the Old Town. The location was incredible! Just across from the main bus terminal, the local bus stop into the Old Town, and a large grocery store. Thank you, Luka, for the special "extras" you left in our room, for holding our bags for us, and for taking the time to share a beverage with us! We will never forget our visit to Ora Luxury Rooms!

Lack of adequate presence of hotel/owner during daytime hours. Upon my return to the Ora Luxury Rooms following a week-long cruise, I visited the facility at 1 PM to attempt to retrieve a personal item left in my room. No one was present in the mid-afternoon. Repeated knocking at the door resulted in no answer. I had to give up on my attempt to retrieve my property.

Clean, comfortable room. Excellent room appointments. Centrally located for my needs.

Everything was great. I wish our schedule had a little more time in it to explore Dubrovnik.

The location was perfect as we arrived by bus from Split the evening before and were taking the bus to Kotor late the next morning. The host was great, helping me get my wife's very heavy suitcase up and down the stairs. He allowed us a little extra time in the morning to check out as well.

The location was very good. Just next to the bus stop where you can easily catch the shuttle bus to the Airport. The room was perfect and the Owner was very helpful.

Ancient staircase leading up to the hotel door. Since we are older this posed a bit of a problem. Nonetheless, everything else was ideal for the purposes of our one night stay before boarding our cruise ship.

The room was very hot and the aircon was placed around the corner from the bed so it was a hot sleep. Hot water ran out after one shower.

The room was beautifully made up and laid out. I needed to stay near the bus station and Ora Luxury Rooms is 2 minute walk away. I checked in later in the evening but there were still places open to have some food and drink. Very helpful man when I checked in.

Everything was great. A very nice room. The location in front of the bus station. But over all, the owner is very helpful. It is very easy to go ti down town, better than staying in the old city with the crowds of tourists. Y recommend 100%

Not much really, except the shower might get parts of the bathroom wet due to design. Complimentary coffee packs were a bit too sweet and few for the 4 days we were there.

Host was really friendly and helpful. He showed us to the room personally, including a little room tour, opened windows for view and gave us bus information etc. He even presented us a souvenir (clay ornament of fotress) on our check out but we politely declined as our luggage were full. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. Location was very convenient, just across from main bus station where we arrived in. A nice bistro was conveniently at doorstep too. Getting to Pile gate just few bus stops away.
