A quiet, charming place with a very nice host. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner - Novela. Check in was fast and comfortable. The small house had everything we needed for a two night stay. The location is a big bonus, not only do you get to stay in a place surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful mountain views, you also get to be very close to Plitvice lakes National park (15min ride away), so that you can start your exploration of the park very early when it's less crowded (for less crowds we strongly recommend to start from park entrance Nr 2). I just wish we have had time to spend one more day at the house just for relaxing and enjoying the silence and views. A superb value for money.

If the studio had few extra power sockets it would be perfect, but we managed to keep all our electric gear charged anyway. There was none to take over the keys when we were leaving the studio so we had to left the keys in doors hoping that everything will be fine in the end.

Little studio well balanced with the price with all the necessities for a short stay. Quiet location, about 10 minutes drive to entrances to Plitvice lakes park. We forgot coffee milk and lady that greeted us gave us 1L of milk and extra liter of sparkling water which was just what we needed after long drive.

Only bear in mind that if you don't have a car, you can only reach it by taxi and it was 20 euros for us. However our host kindly offered to take us down to Plitvice lakes park early in the morning, which we appreciated a lot! Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Novela's. It is such a beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by mountains. We saw an amazing sunset and sunrise. Our house was pretty, tidy and clean, everything we needed was there. The restaurant nearby has delicious food and is a short walk away.

Nice place for relaxing and staying alone. Comfortable bed, clean room. One of the few places where there isn't water on the floor after taking the shower. There is everything what you need. And good bonus is nature around

Very well-equipped apartment with a lot of attention to detail. Lots of nice included items (ex. coffee, tea, blankets in the outdoor sitting area) that are very thoughtful. You will surely have a lovely stay here!

There is no air conditioner, but the weather cooled off overnight even on one of the hottest days in years. It should not affect your stay.

Amazing views!! Comfortable bed and wonderful host. Nice little puppy that visited with on the patio as well. The location was close to Plitvice, which made it very easy to get to the park by the time it opened.

The house did not have AC, so all windows have to be kept partially open and as a result there were many insects inside, and even some ants, also the door lock was not working so I had to use a door stopper on the floor.

The location is great, it is very simplistic and charming, the garden is also beautiful, I was welcomed by the owner of the house in person.
