very nice and kind owner of Melita, always there and always ready to help, full of professionalism. Very good location, distance to the nearest beach, about 750 m, The nearest liquor store is 3 minutes from the apartment. tourist attractions - NATURE RESERVE, Amusement park, Barb luna. To the airport from the apartment 30 minutes by car. 5 minutes from the apartment is Dalmacija Travel Agency - Buffet "Dalmacija", you can eat, fresh tasty dishes with friendly service and buy a trip, we recommend a full-day cruise around the islands of zadar with breakfast and lunch included in the price of the trip, an amazing experience.

The building itself is not new/modern but the room must have been freshly renovated.

Locating the apartment isn't intuitive since it is on the plot of the host's house. It isn't a serious inconvenience, you just have to take it into account.

The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Zadar. If you have a car it's okay

in my case the location of this property was not convenient for me as I was on the way to Venice Italy.

The property had a free parking included in the price, the host was very nice, she welcomed us and offered any help if needed. the apartment was sparking clean, had all things that are needed for a short term stay. it is worth staying there.

Some way of self check in would be easier for both sides. On the road sometimes things change and on a motocycle is a bit harder to predict. Self check in is always stress free for both sides.

If every apartment would be clean and equipped like this one - the world would be a better place. Bed was massive, sunset was breathtaking. There was everything that you could need in the kitchen. Even first Aid kit was there. Good parking. It was a nice stop on our motocycle adventure.

There were no such things, we didn't like. We were traveling a lot, so appartment size fited our expectations. You need to take in mind, that it's close to the water more like a lake, a small sea called Karin More, but the water was clean, warm, beacj not crowded, and with not steep entance. There were several beaches near it. It's not so easy to find beach with comfortable entrance in Croatia, also for kids. Beaches close to appartment were good for the kids and also adults.

The appartment was really value for money. Our room was not very modern, but it had everything we needed. Appartment was well represented on photos and description was detailed, so we had all necessary information about apartment. It's good, that it had air condition and also a kitchen. The sea near it is more like a lake, rather than sea, but it's good for children, because of not steep entrance. If you wan't to go to the sea costline, there is very good city beach in Biograd, it's approximate 40 min.drive from appartment. Larger grocery store Plodine is approximate in 10 minutes drive. It was good point of stay, because it was less than 2 h drive to Split, 40 min.from Zadar, 2 hours till Plitvice and approximate 2h till Krka waterfalls. On a way to waterfall entrance, there is small and beautiful city Skradin, there is also really nice city beach at the lake. We were very satisfied. Appartment was clean, and bed linen fresh and clean as well. The owner was speaking only on native language, but with a help of google translate, communication was easy and she replied very fast. One morning the gas baloon got empty and it was changed for another one in five minutes after our message.

WiFi - the only dark spot in the appartment. It was unusable - most of time the speed was 0,xx Mbps and kicking us off the network every once in a while.

It was a very pleasant stay, the hosts ware extremlly friendly, they offered us welcome drink, gave us their own woods for grill, invited us to come over for coffee or a beer...really friendlly. Apartment was cozy, very clean, equiped with necesarry utilities (refridgirator, dishwasher, washing mashine, stove, air condition etc), big balcony with dining table, parking space. Beach was like 10minutes minutes away, prices in the bars and restaurant very acceptable, all in all it was a very pleasant stay in Karin. Definetlly would recommend.

We agreed at arrival time of around 1am to 2am , it was confirmed by the owner. When we arrived, our room is not available , that it is still occupied. Owner said, its not the check in time. I insisted , she confirmed our arrival and check in time. It was frustrating since it not at city centre, we dont know what to do. Its 2am. we cant communicate to each other as well due to language barrier.

reality is not like on photos, apartment is much smaller and you can hear all the neighbors. we barely fir in 5, while on booking it was written for 8ppl
