The only thing that bothered us a little was the noise from the neighbors' children upstairs. But we tried to treat it with humor.

It will sound corny, but we felt like we were at home or visiting with close friends. The hosts thought through everything to the smallest detail and filled the apartments with pleasant little things. An absolute plus is the free guaranteed parking space assigned to the apartment. The location is excellent, the old town is really within walking distance. We traveled with a cat, and she also liked everything :) Thank you, Ivana!

Staying at this location was an absolute delight. Not only is it perfectly situated, but the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From providing excellent local recommendations to being readily available for any inquiries, Ivana’s hospitality truly enhanced our experience in Dubrovnik. I cannot praise her enough for her kindness and attentiveness.

Beautiful apartment and amazing host. Very clean, comfortable and totally equipped with everything you could need. Reserved (and free) parking spot in front of the apartment is a huge bonus in Dubrovnik. Location is just few minutes from the old town. We will definitley come back.

Modern clean spacious. Really nice place. Only 15 minutes to walk to old city. You don’t want to be any closer to old town than this( due to all the traffic and parking fees). Free parking. Pet friendly.

The host of this apartment was so friendly and could not have been more helpful for every request we had. You could tell that the apartment has a part in her heart as everything was carefully thought out and there were such nice little touches like typical after dinner drinks to try 😊 We will definitely come back to visit Apartment Karen again!

Nothing, everything was great.

Ivana contacted me one day prior my arrival regarding check in time and parking which I appreciated it. Check in was smooth and we had a parking spot reserved. The property was the clean and tidy, and located within walking distance of old town. Ivana gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us where things were which was amazing. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The bedroom is also very light proof which is great during summer. The bed is extremely comfortable.

Beautiful apartment. Extremely welcoming hosts, who help as much as possible with anything you ask. spotlessly clean. A good 20 minute walk to the old town which is fine for us as we are fully mobile.

Confortable, clean and cozy place. We bring our dog with us and he also was well received. Everything fantastic! Additionally, Ivana gave some good tips and advices about where to eat. We enjoyed a lot of our stay there. The apartment has a parking lot very useful if you rent a car. Ivana prepared some sweet figs on the fridge from her fig tree.

Everything: very nice and very comfortable place to spent a good time in Dubrovnik. If you are looking for a good place,take this apartment. Ivana (our host) was really nice and very helpful,suggesting us what to see,where to go,where to eat. Thanks to Her advises we have seen and experienced more,than we thought we could in 4 days. We can only highly recommend it.

Well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable with for a short or long stay. Located centrally (away from the extreme busy areas) and walking distance from Old Town and Lapad. The host, Ivana, gave us great tips of things to do and on our arrival stood ready, showing us our safe parking spot. Great bakery (highly recommended the Burek) and local shop a few meters away.

This was a last minute booking, chosen primarily on location as I had friends staying in another apartment nearby. Lovely, friendly and welcoming host. Came to find me when I got lost, gave me recommendations. Well presented apartment. Very clean. I only wish I was staying there longer!

The family upstairs were quite noisy especially early in the morning.

Very well equipped. Comfortable & homely. But the best feature by far was Ivana. she spent a lot of time to explain where to go & what to do. she even delivered some figs from the garden!

- Dubrovnik is generally quite expensive - a little far from the old town but the views during the walks were magnificant

- very clean - two separated rooms + kitchen with table - airconditioned rooms - large balcony - nice and supportive host
