Stairs up to the bedrooms are quite steep, which is in character with the building - however good to know. Parking is on the street outside, so it's chance where you park. We got parked OK.

Great central location. Good communication from the host. Nice welcome drink and treat left for us, thank you. The washing machine in the apartment is an excellent addition.

The iron was provided but it would be handy to have an ironing board as well. The shower was great but it would be better to be on an adjustable pole.

Great location with a lovely terrace that is perfect for the mornings and evenings. Nice and clean when we arrived. Good communication from hosts. AC in all the rooms. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to put together.

All excellent.

Edita was extremely helpful, she even drove us to the ferry after learning about my wrist fracture. The welcoming beer on arrival was a really nice gesture. The washing machine was a real bonus for us.

We were disappointed not to have a kettle as this was included in the apartments facilities which meant boiling water from saucepans in the morning for a cuppa. The stairs were a bit steep however, to be expected in a property of this age and whilst we were a group of 3 more than 4 people or a rainy day it would be difficult to negotiate space in the communal areas.

Location was really good it was nice to be close enough to the centre for easy access but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. There are also supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a short distance and not too far from the beach.We had good communication with the host and the property largely had everything we needed with an added bonus of a nice refreshing cold drink on arrival. Also the outside space was really lovely both in the morning and evenings and enjoyed by us each day.

the location was difficult to navigate until we figured it out and got used to it and found our way back and forth to the old city, etc. We wished it would have had a chair or two rather than stools.

Very steep stairs to bedrooms almost like a ladder, all lighting harsh central lights

I wish a couple of laundry pods were provided so we could get right to washing! That was almost forgotten because of the WONDERFUL local bottle of wine left for us!

I was so glad we were not in the really crowded, noisy area. An easy walk into town and convenient grocery nearby. We are so grateful for the hostess's hospitality. She found and held a parking space for us nearby when we returned from our trip to the National Park. Parking in Split was SCARCE!

Lovely little apartment, minutes walk away from the centre. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped. Extremely comfortable beds.

We struggled with check in and finding the room because we were not given a room number but after calling the host we made it. It was also dark and late which made it difficult.

The property was clean, comfy and had mostly everything we needed for one night and more. The room was spacious. The location was quiet and very close to the town centre. The host left drinks and sweets in the fridge for us. We also struggled with check in and happily picked up the phone at 23:30.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Stoves are not in good condition, need much time to get hot.

A short walking distance around 10 mins to the city, bus station. A good terrace.

Nothing all good for our adult family

Lovely clean bright apartments with comfy bed's and aircon. Lovely welcome from Edita with cold beers and soft drinks. Great communications. Good value in quiet location less than 10min easy walk through lanes to old town. 👌

Hard to find initially. Hand held shower not good for hair washing.

Washing machine! Kitchenette with fridge and coffee making facilities. Great restaurant just around the corner which was opened for breakfast too. A walk away from the markets and Diocletian palace.

We had expected a bigger and more luxurious apartment at the price paid. This was priced higher than similar places in both London and Paris. Especially the terasse was very dissapointing.

The apartment was close to the center of town.
