What a fantastic hotel. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. They can't do enough for you, and they keep you up to date with any information you may need. We were shown 2 rooms and we picked room 1 on the 2nd floor with a balcony. There are roads works outside the hotel at the moment but that wasn't a problem. Parking was easy here, and the staff opened the barrier for us when we left. So free parking. The room was large, clean, as was the bathroom. There was a fridge, good air con. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great night's sleep. They have a bar area, cafe and a restaurant. Breakfast was on the 3rd floor so you had the views of the city. The food was lovely with so much to choose from and everything so fresh. The coffee was very nice as well. It's only a few minutes' walk over to the city, but you can walk through the market then over the bridge. It was great to wonder around the city and the harbour where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Once again, the staff are amazing here and work so hard to make sure you have everything you need. Anna, on reception, is fantastic. She even gave us some sandwiches for our journey when we left. We would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.

United KingdomAs far as the hotel nothing, the only downside was roadworks outside the hotel of which they can't be blamed. But that said it certainly added to the entertainment from the balcony watching locals riding there motorbikes in and out of the plant machinery.
I have to say, everything ,the staff where attentive,friendly ,and helpful.There knowledge of the area was good and helpful.The breakfast was exceptional and the welcome drink and food well received.The staff where very generous even sorting out the TV to watch the Euro Football .

Hotel position is very convenient for access to old town, bus station and ferry boats. Hotel is in good condition, very clean, well decorated and furnished. Exceptional customer service from all staff, they all go the extra mile to make stay as enjoyable as possible. Big room with all facilities you would expect. Breakfast fantastic. AustraliaShower run out of hot water very quickly. There were road works out the front which was not ideal but the staff did everything in their power to ensure this wasn’t an issue.
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, providing a welcome drink and the breakfast was outstanding. The room was very comfortable and it is a great location if you’re getting off or on a boat in Trogir and an easy to walk into the old town of Trogir.

Spacious room, cleanliness, staff from reception to dining room and cleaning ladies. Given complimentary cold plate and drink on arrival. And sandwiches on departure to bring with us for our journey, Because of roadworks in front of hotel we couldn’t drive to hotel car park, very confusing. Abandoned the car and walked to hotel. Katerina went with me to my parked car and accompanied me in the car and guided me to the hotel Much appreciated. Hopefully this will be sorted soon.

Even with that, the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate getting there. The road work can't be helped but they did everything possible to make it as easy as they could for us.
