The roadworks and the long detour to get to hotel car park but hotel had no control over this so can’t fault them for this.

Spacious room, cleanliness, staff from reception to dining room and cleaning ladies. Given complimentary cold plate and drink on arrival. And sandwiches on departure to bring with us for our journey, Because of roadworks in front of hotel we couldn’t drive to hotel car park, very confusing. Abandoned the car and walked to hotel. Katerina went with me to my parked car and accompanied me in the car and guided me to the hotel Much appreciated. Hopefully this will be sorted soon.

Nothing they could do about it, but the road in front of the hotel was under heavy construction so there was no easy way to access the hotel. Even with that, the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate getting there. The road work can't be helped but they did everything possible to make it as easy as they could for us.

Lovely hotel close to centre of Trogir. Room very comfortable and immaculate. Great choice for breakfast and food delicious. The staff were exceptional- so friendly and helpful especially Ana. Small additional touches such as a charcuterie board and wine on arrival and complimentary cake on a couple of occasions throughout our stay just added to the break.

This is an exceptional hotel. The staff are excellent particularly Ana and Katherina in reception. They are exceedingly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is very good, wide selection and again excellent staff. It is a very good location , short walk to old town and a ferry to Split. We arrived rather late from Dublin and were greeted with cake and a drink and on leaving were also given a nice lunch and a drink. They arranged our taxi collection and return to airport which was very punctual. The hotel is spotless. Our room was slightly tight with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and a great shower They have been unlucky that municipal road works were taking place just outside the hotel and overrunning the promised completion date but which look nearly complete.

Before we arrived, we got a call from the hotel informing us, that in front of the hotel is construction and it is not possible to reach from the big road. When we arrived, we received the warmest welcome and welcome snacks on the patio. In the morning, we went to have breakfast and there was a table with our room number and two plates already waiting for us. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back!

The staff is extremely polite, rooms are clean, spacious and excellently equipped. The breakfast is great...actualy much better than in some 5* hotels we stayed worldwide. In fact, when you come here it feels like 5* hotel. To refer back to breakfast...never, in any hotel in Croatia we encountered such rich, authentic and high quaality food (home made jams, scamorzza cheese, "livanjski sir -cheese" , even honeycombs. Not to mention the position of the hotel...5 min walking from the historic center of Trogir that is absolutely stunning

The view from my window was to the backyard, so not very good.

Breakfast was very good, and the room very comfortable. The location was great in regards to the old town and the airport.
