3 minute male slatke plaze za kupanje / Podbrig... samo 5min duze hoda je sljedeca i tako stalno. Smjestaj top uredan i renoviran... odvojen ulaz i imate svoju privatnost na maloj terasi. Mjesto za porodicu i odmoriti dusu. Fantasticni restorani na sve strane.

It is quite far from a city center. So if one wants to spend a lot of time in a lively city center area, visit restaurants and bars, the location of the appartment is not perfect. There is a bus that goes to the city center. But it did not come on time. And the whole public transport system is not tourist friendly. Taxi is an option, though (10-12 eur to the city center).

Close to the great beach. Area is not crowded. Cozy room. Air conditioner is present. There is a nice garden for having breakfast or rest. wi-fi is ok. Owners provided some supplies for cooking like salt, sugar, oil. Owners are pleasant people. They live in the same house but have different entrance. So they are living near but separately. Would be perfect for a person who wants to have a quiet relaxing vacation.

Nothing! We loved it!

Nice and cosy well equiped appartement. Close to the beach. A little bit further from the centre of zadar but close to the central busstation. For a few euros you can take an uber to the centre our have a fantastic walk via the beach promenade to the beautiful centre of zadar. Everything was top!!

Everything was perfect.

We were just passing by Zadar and needed a stay for one day. Ana’s property became a right choice for us. Located just 15 mins walk from the bus station and 2-5 walks to the sea this one checks out everything. Property was neat and clean . Property owners were very polite and friendly. We came quite early before the check in time but they manage to provide us the check in within an hour. They also explained about the places to see and area to discover. We would love to be back again.

That it is in the good location and that it has also some basic stuff, like dish soap and dish towels. Because sometime the place is nice has small kitchen but no stuff to clean the dishes.

The apartment is very clean, well equipped, with amazing terrace with a fig tree! The location is literally 5 min by walk from the seaside and the promenade (where you can watch absolutely stunning sunsets). Host is an amazing and helpful person! There is nothing to complain about :)

Perfect holiday apartment. it was comfortable, clean and close to the sea. We chose the best we could. The owners were very nice and helpful. They found money we accidentally left in the apartment. They informed us about it and sent the money back. Big thank you for everything.

If I really have to think of sth then I'll mention some beach accessoires which are difficult to travel with, like beach chairs or a sand free beach mat, but even without them it's still a great accommodation.

The flat is very cosy and comfortable. It gives you a home feeling and has practically everything you need on holiday, and is very near the beach. It is pleasantly cool even without the necessity of using the airco. The owners are welcoming and helpful.

The apartment is way smaller than expected compared to the pictures, not too much space; ok for sleep. The size could be deemed standard for studio apartments. The pictures shown do not quite match reality; for example there is no parasol outside above the table and chairs and no cushions / deco shown in the pictures. Most importantly, the design of the apartment is not thought out , it is really easy to trip over due to the mini steps in the space. My friend and I have tripped multiple times while walking within the apartment. The bathroom/ shower is flooding during shower despite us taking care with it, again due to poor design of the space/ facilities. This (flooding) looks like an ongoing issue as the furniture and door of the bathroom are already damaged (spongy soaked wood) at the bottoms due to the long term soaking and dampness. There is zero salt and pepper in the containers , and zero teabags / coffee in the containers which is a first time occurrence in my experiences of travelling. Usually hosts would check to make sure they are filled but all were completely empty during my stay. Very disappointed as when you want to make a tea/ coffee first thing and it's not there. Same with cooking; no basic seasoning; no oil. 2 of the hooks on the clothing wooden hook on the wall is broken. So no place to hang jackets / wet clothes if needed. There could be more hangers in the cupboard but that is a smaller detail. There are mosquitoes when it rains, just make sure you bring some repellants. Otherwise one of the hosts gave me some repellent to burn in the socket which helps when I asked.

Proximity to the beach If you are looking for a basic accomodation, this apartment would still fit most expectations . Location is very close to the beach, 2-3 mins away so perfect to catch either sunrise and sunset. To catch either it is within less than 5 mins walk . City centre is much further , about 27-40 mins walk depending where you want to go in the city. Still a nice coastal walk to centre.
