When we checked in, the man who greeted us was exceptionally rude. Our room wasn’t ready (fine) however he gave no alternative, and no information. We were asking all the questions. It didn’t start the trip off well. Also when you are paying a lot of money for the hotel, you don’t expect (as a resident of the hotel) to pay for beds at the hotel beach.

The location was great, the view from breakfast was gorgeous. Really liked the pool area!

What u pay for the sea view suite is not worth the view you get from the room's balcony. Better to book a normal room and enjoy the pool and beach.

We would have like a room with a better view that we thought we had arranged. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet food was very good but was not kept hot enough so when brought to the table it was cool, yet tasty.

The general facilities and the location to Hvar town were very nice. Nice walk into town and around the area. Got a great suggestion from staff to an off the tourist path restaurant in town.

The location is inconvenient. We couldn’t take our luggage so many steps. so the hotel pickup drop-off of our luggage and we needed to walk to the port <~>hotel.

Slightly dated/ some areas could do with an upgrade. Implied mini bar snacks were complimentary when they were not. Bed a bit hard.

The rooms, even though they were advertised as renovated, were outdated & visible dirty grout lines in the shower. Also, food at the resort was not good.

Bedroom was a little small. Beds a bit too soft. Leaking sink on day one but it was fixed immediately.

Public areas were comfortable and well managed. Staff were excellent and very helpful at all times. Very noticably good. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Buffet dinner was excellent too.

Lots of stairs up and down to different areas so perhaps not the most accessible but am sure that if needed the staff would likely help wherever they could.

We arrived via ferry and were wondering how we could get to the hotel the easiest- only to be met with a shuttle that collected bags to take them to reception! What a fantastic idea. It meant we could have a cocktail in the harbour and explore on our way round. The reception staff were all amazing and we were given an upgrade to a fantastic room with stunning view over the resort and harbour. The room was well appointed, comfortable bed, big bathroom etc - only a few hangers with limited cupboard space, and no iron or ironing board, but that can see that if you are just on holiday with summer clothing it would be manageable for a few days. We didnt experience breakfast so cant comment there as the hours were restricted beyond what we would want to enjoy on a holiday. The pool area was busy but seemed popular - and the beach was also busy the days we were there. On the last day bags were clearly left to ensure they got back to the port at the correct time for our ferry which again took all the stress out of everything. Overall we enjoyed our stay - would we stay again, maybe but for the price point versus overall facilities etc- probably not.

Outside staff at pool a bit not friendly . One waiter asked me to tip him. We were advised that it was a non tipping country . I was a bit surprised .

Nowhere quiet to sit and a very poor view from our room. Scrubby corner, open storm water drain and rusted railings. Not quite what we had expected for a room with a “view” still, our deluxe room was spacious with a king size bed which is what we expected

Not knowing that functions were being held. Three nights of noise was not expected. Although I was given a kettle when asked, I’d have thought there would be one with cups in the room. Outsiders using the pool area and bragging about it. There’s no control of who comes in and out at pool area. Disappointing when you pay for the luxury.

Amazing view from room. The breakfast is unbelievable. So good. Have stayed previously and really enjoyed it so returned.
