Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur room was right by reception so brilliant for walking distance to the Pool/Breakfast but meant a lot of foot traffic past our door and due to Hvar being popular with groups/wedding parties/party seekers etc they were not always the quietest walking back to their rooms at 1, 2 , and even 3 am.
Our second stay here. Pool set up is amazing as is the View from the Terrace bar by reception. Great food & Drink and not badly priced for a Hotel on what is an expensive Island. Staff are lovely too.

United StatesThe resort is beautiful, with large rooms, a great pool with swim up bar and within walking distance to the town of Hvar. Our room had a nice little balcony away from the action but it was still very nice to sit on in the morning as the sun came up. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of seating and friendly, accommodating staff.

Great 2 bedroom suite with a deck. Great daily service and the pool was lovely. Easy to get a chair for four of us together. Close to the beach as well and a 15 minute walk to Hvar Town so we were out of the noise but close enough to the action.

It’s a real first world problem, I know.. I just felt like I was back in America, while there is this giant beautiful culture outside of the property.

They forgot to give me my deposit back and I had to ask for it luckily I didn’t forget and was still in the hotel 4h after check out. Also the transport didn’t help me with my luggage on the way back even though it was promised

The hotel is very well located, 10 min walk from the town center and in front of the beach. The luggage pick up was very convenient. The pool was great, with lots of sunbeds and a good bar and restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. The staff was really kind and helpful. We had bought the return to Split with a ferry which was cancelled and the woman at the reception really helped us find a new one.

United KingdomThe room is badly maintained and designed. No view when it specifies that it did have view. Poor guest experience design from minute 1 when in the room. Also the “public” beach is managed by the hotel, and even when you are a paying guest for a pricy hotel, they charge 30 euros for a small sun bed on the beach.
