- The AC was noisy at times

- More space than expected inside - Fully equipt kitchen - The spacy balcony - The surrounding park was nice, especially the smell of the trees - The resort has no pool, but we were allowed to use the hotel's one - My girlfriend became sick over night on our last day. Uncomfortable couch (in living room) - I think there should be 2nd normal bed instead , And also there was complicated online check-in - first time I had to complete so many informations online , - and when we came, it turned out there's reception in the nearby hotel- I think it should be also not-online check in possible there

The air conditioner was very loud but worked well. The hotel could suggest renting some beach equipment. Some products like salt, sugar, tea, or coffee sticks would be good for the first days would be good to have, either.

The apartment had everything that our family needed. Also, we were happy to use facilities (mainly, pool) of a Holiday hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. The location is close to the beach, bus stop, cafes, etc. I hope we will be back.

The kitchen could be supplied with more diverse tableware, for example musli bowls or sharp knives. For us it was perfectly fine as we didn’t have to cook.

Very nice apartment complex, at the edge of the town, but close to the city center, 5 mins walk from the sea. Very nice garden/park, calm. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a spacious terrace. Enough space with shade for parking.

Good and quiet location, well equipped kitchen, with everything you might need. Better beach and good restaurants are reachable by foot. Not too far from entertainment area, if you are looking for some noise.

Only one point for improvement is the small sofa at living room. It is very used, maybe it is near of it's life time.

We spent 5 days at apartment with children at ages 4 and 7. Everything was according to description we read on host's guides. Location is very good, close to centre and beach. During our visit there was very quiet. Without any loudly noises caused by environment or other visitors. Apartment was clean and maintained. Beds were comfortable, air conditioners were placed at both rooms. Kitchenette was equipped according our needs. Terrace was very nice.

A bit confused how the gates are opened. There is a green notification on a road inside which is hardly visible. Better to place a sign in the gate itself. It is also a problem if you want to go out the gates without the car - there is no card reader from inner side of hotel area. My son put his hand between the fence and gates to open it (bcz reader outside). Luckily he managed to take it out. Can't imaging what could happen.

Buildings are placed in quiet place. To the beach 5 minutes of walk. WiFi is quick and stable which was perfect for us. TV has full of programs. It is also nice for children - there is playground in the middle of an area. Cleaning service is perfect. Many cafes around.

Rather crowded beach (end of July) and not a lot of space for shade. Most beach restaurants only accepted cash. The apartment blocks look a bit outdated on the outside, but that should not be a deterrent. We really loved our stay there and I have nothing bad to say about the property.

For a 3* apartment, it exceeded our expectations. The bedroom and "living room" were reasonable in size, bathroom was very clean and modern, very well equipped kitchen and LOTS of storage space. Towels were changed every 3 days and Bedsheets every 4 days. AC worked well, despite the scorching heat (35C). Each apartment had its own AC unit. Beach: about 5 min on foot, through a little alley. Pebble (or rather "stone" ) beach with plenty of sunbeds and double beds (costly though, 25 eur per bed, 12 eur per sunbed), lots of little joints to buy icecream and refreshments + beach bars and restaurants, toilets and a couple of cash registers. There is also a very shallow sand (mud?) beach further down the promenade. Location: Reasonably easy to find by car, if you have GPS. Parking: private parking (you need a card to open the gate), spacious, but not paved, hence dusty. Huge free parking near the beach (still dusty, as you're parking on the earth) Water is nice, we saw some fish. It is possible to jump into the see from a dock (OK for adults too).

The apartment (we stayed in #19) was clean and comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. The small kitchen had everything we needed and we very much enjoyed the shady terrace. We didn’t do much in Medulin and were gone during the days, but the local beach is only a few of minutes of walking as is the marina with all the restaurants and entertainment. Great home base and great value for money. Good Wi-Fi (essential for the teenagers).

If you do not come during the main summer season, you will probably be cold. The apartment was cold and it took a few days to warm up. The ground is icy and does not heat up in any way. The problem is the air conditioner, which does not work as it should and hardly heats anything. Another problem with air conditioning is that it is very, very loud and you can't sleep next to it, because it's like having a truck parked in front of your window with the lights on. In the summer, a cold apartment will probably make you happy, but I can't say the same about a tired air conditioner.

The apartments are on a beautiful fenced green area with playgrounds, they have a lot of natural shade and are five minutes' walk from the sea, with a busy road in between. They have a large balcony, the basic equipment is satisfactory, and the people are friendly.

It is a bit aged, although in very good order. Honestly the price was too high for what we got.

Quiet and lots of shadow, didn't have to use the AC. Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Just horrible check-in proceedure! First of all, they note wrong property address in the booking and you arrive to the camping entrance. When finally you find the place where you will stay it turns out you have to go to totally other place to check in and get the keys. There is no normal instructions about that, only a mention, that check in is done in the main building some hundred meters away. And you need to guess yourself where that is. This check-in madness ruined the mood of arriving to the see shore. If they keep that - don't book it.

One of the connectors was not working, and there were not so many in general. The beds were not so confortable, and they provided only 2 rolls of toilet paper total for 4 people and 3 nights

The beach was close and it was good for kids. It had a big balcony partly sunny, but had shade also. There are playground for kids. The check in was flexible. TRhere are stores and restaurants in walking distance.

Can not open main gate with electric card, always call receptionist to open.

Resort is quite and private. Better than have small gate near main street, easy and near for walking people
