The location of this apartment is outside Ston and it is a quite place Which feels just amazing. It is next to a cosy stony beach. Marijana is a really lovely woman who is so helpful and gave us Oyster. The apartment was renovated and it has all you need, including and incredible view and a beach just at its door. Loved the birds singing. Very special place.

Everything!! From the welcoming kit, till the decoration! Everything was working properly and the beds... OMG, sleeping on clouds! The hoster gave good hints about where to go and a good beach nearby

The apartment was really well kept and clean. Very spacious and had multiple rooms for my brother and I so we weren't together. It's next to great restaurants, the beach, and a market.

Good location, apartment was modern, clean and spacious. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace watching the sunset. The host provided excellent restaurant recommendations as well.

Wouldn't pick fault with anything!!

The apartments were lovely and were well equiped, but we ( a party of 9 using 3 apartments) only used the apartments to sleep and shower, as we spent all our time on the wonderful rootop terrace. It was wonderful space to cook as well as socialise in. The outdoor kitchen was well equiped with a great BBQ and fridge etc. Really top drawer!!

The modern decor, comfortable bed, good amenities within. Lovely balcony area for relaxing. Shops close by and we hired bicycles for trips into old town and attractions there.

Nothing, we wished we stayed longer.

The drive from Zadar airport was easy and so was the parking at the property. Mate was very welcoming and helpful, he sent us a big list of recommendations that we used in our short stay. The room was very spacious and was immaculate! We had everything we needed for cooking food and the Wi-Fi was great the whole time we was there. Beds were very comfy and the apartment felt very secure. 5 minute walk to the nearest shop and 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend booking a stay in these apartments.

All was top notch at Adria Concept. Only thing was the view from the balcony on the first floor, it was not so exciting - we looked directly into the front building's back side ... so, rent the apartments in the front building or upper floor instead 🙂 Great there is a safe in the apartment 👍 ... even better if it had been mounted e.g. in the closet and not un-mounted. So easy for someone to carry the safe with them (with all our precious things inside) ... I guess an easy fix 🙂

Very nice & comfortable luxurius apartment with all you need - all things worked just fine. Location only 5-7 min walking from the sea. Thank you for letting us try the roof top, with top grill, outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as a hot-tub pool - absolutely worth trying ! Matev, the owner, is very helpful and easy to go-to with quick respond time.

The apartment was very clean, the interior was very modern, and it had all amenities we needed (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, dryer, frying pans). Beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning brought us relief during a heat wave. The beach is just 5 minute walk away, and so is a grocery shop.

A very clean, nice and modern lovely apartment which is very near the beach. Beautiful sunset from the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Though we stayed 1 night, we enjoyed our stay very much.
