Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsI love our stay in this hotel! The only thing I didnt like was that the hotel had a really weird strong smell when we came in, but days after, the smell got less.
The breakfast was amazing! You could choose a la carte and there were enough options. The location was also perfect! Just a little loud because you are in the center of the old town.

IrelandAs the location is very central, it can be a little noisy at night time. Just bring earplugs, the noise did bother us.
The Abokamento Boutique is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of the old town. The room was spacious, bright and very comfortable. Marin was very welcoming and helpful and provided great recommendations for sight seeing and dining. The breakfast in the Bokeria was very tasty. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Location can’t be beat. It’s right in the heart of old town Split and a 5 minute walk to almost everywhere. We loved opening the winder during the evening and taking in the sounds of the hustle and bustle below us. The room was a very good size and the bathroom was huge! Plenty of room for 2 people plus their luggage. Would’ve been nice to have a closet/dresser to store clothes but wasn’t a big deal. We only got to enjoy breakfast 1 day since we had a lot of early morning tours, but it was wonderful the day we had it! We also had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was wonderful as well. Bed was comfortable as well.

United KingdomThe only downside as others have said is that you are right above the restaurant/bar. It didn’t bother us too much but if you are affected by noise it does go on quite late.
Lovely large room with a nice large bathroom and great shower. Great location in the old town, all the sites were easily walkable and it was wasn’t to far to walk with our luggage from the road. Marin was very friendly and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The stay includes breakfast at the Bokeria restaurant downstairs which was yummy.

SpainDue to the location it can get a bit noisy although this didn't bother us. It would be nice to have a shelf in the shower to place the toiletries instead of putting them on the floor. There was a weird smell in our room at times, but nothing severe.
The staff was very helpful and communication worked really well. Our room had everything we needed. The location is perfect and everything is nearby. The breakfast served downstairs at restaurant Bokeria was super good.
