The area the hotel is in is very slightly out of the old town and harbour etc, and so there is a short walk into the old town (Google maps said 15 minutes, but I would say 5-10 at an average speed). As a woman on my own I'm not sure I'd walk back from the town centre on my own at night, however, it may be perfectly safe.

This is a large hotel and it is very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant onsite serves lovely food, you can eat there until 11pm in the evening. I don't eat meat and the menu was all meat/fish but I ordered 3 vegetarian side dishes and they had made them bigger than a main meal without charging me extra. The food is very fairly priced for the quality and quantity. The breakfast was amazing. The room was nicely decorated and clean and everything worked properly, there were no problems. The staff accommodated my last minute request to stay on the ground floor.

AC in the room was a little loud so it had to be turned off at night. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was quite bad.

The bathrooms were a bit small and no refrigerator in the room. (But happy that the restaurant was able to accommodate.). The hotel is sandwiched between run down properties but never felt unsafe.

The Breakfast was fresh , healthy and plenty of choice .The tea and coffee was served at your table and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating it all added up to a pleasant start to the day . The Hotel was easy access over the Bridge and a little quieter position all in all I would reccomend this Hotel and actually have already done so. The Tranquility Pool was a treat and very calming as you have to book a slot so never over crowded.

The area behind the hotel seems shady because of all the graffities and the buildings around but you are litterally in one of the main streets and 10 minutes walking from the old town.

Very clean and confortable. They even had a band playing at the bar which I thought it was very nice for a 3 star hotel!! Although the hotel is not in the old city is very close (10 min walking) and I prefer the security of an hotel over a airbnb Also you have a lot of places to park the car

Hotel was in the middle of residential flats with lots of residents cars and no real taxi drop off area.

The hotel doesn’t have its own parking and it’s really challenging to find parking places near. There is a city garage near by but still not easygoing option. And you can’t even come to entrance of the hotel with car to take out the baggage.

Location is great. Rooms are nice and beds are really comfortable. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. Wonderful terrace where you can eat and enjoy music. Just love it!
