Apartment was extremely clean, decorated well and cosy. Parking was provided in a secure garage. Host met us with keys and spent some time advising us on things we could see in the near location which we appreciated. The apartment was in a good location with a short walk to the old town (or a cheap uber) and also had multiple supermarkets nearby. Very happy with our time spent there and would highly recommend.

We felt as comfortable as in our own apartment. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and many details have been thought of. The house is very quiet and you can't hear anything from the neighbors. The host is very friendly. He welcomed us at 0:30 at night and would even have picked us up from the airport but we already had a rental car. As we arrived on a Sunday, he even provided bread, ham and cheese. The host is very accommodating. The coffee machine was broken. We let him know in the morning and in the evening a new coffee machine was at the door. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

First of all, something about the hosts: very kind and civilized people, always willing to help you. Very easy communication in English. About the apartment: it is the cleanest apartment we have ever rented, with more than necessary equipment. It is a place that can be used at any time of the year, it has both a heating system and air conditioning. A very important and useful thing is the underground parking space. Located in a quiet area, with a superb view, close to the old city center but far from the noise. It is a place from which you can easily reach KRKA National Park, Sibenik, Trogir, Split...

really lovely apartment. everything you need is already there, whether it is for cooking or cleaning. all the appliances work, everything is clean. you have an indoor garage spot as well. I have been to places double the price with this level of service and comfort. the bed is super comfortable as well.

Wonderful modern apartment which is fabulously decorated about 25 mins walk from centre of Zadar. Parking space in underground garage was ideal. View from the balcony was amazing. Host was very nice and helpful and I would highly recommend this property.

Nothing was wrong with the property

We met our host who was very helpful. There were some nice snacks for us to eat. There was a balcony which we could see the sunset. It was very comfortable and had a very modern television

A bit away from the old town but for us it was not a problem (at about 25 min by foot) or with local bus or via uber.

New and modern accomodation. Garage parking. Great terase with beautiful view (sunset). Bakery and supermarket nearby. Quiet location.

The owner of the apartment is very friendly and polite, a man of his word. The apartment is comfortable and convenient, very clean. Two air conditioners, a full range of dishes, a washing machine, a terrace, a beautiful view of the sea. Underground parking is a big plus.

Beautifully and well designed apartment, very practical too, comparable with high end hotels in terms of quality and estetics. Well equipped too, I found everything I needed. Also appreciated quality shutters on the windows, possibility to have a breakfast on the terrace and overlooking old Zadar and overlooking sea on the horizon from very comfortable bed whilst sipping my tea. Lot's of little pleasures and no pun intended! Owners are super helpful, friendly and genuinely great hosts. They went completely out of their way to accommodate me which I heartfuly appreciated. Perfect place to stay in Zadar 💚

Nothing to do with the property but if getting a taxi late from the airport, beware of overpaying as we did. It's only a 13 minute journey and we got charged 60euros reduced from 80? Contact the hosts and they will assist you in anyway they can.

Accommodation was absolutely immaculate, all new facilities with lovely touches. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful, we would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous with every single equipment you would ever need for a holiday. The hosts were extremely helpful with lots of ideas for us. The location was perfect to walk to most places and a bus right beside the complex for day trips.

The host was great and very informative! She explained everything that we needed about the apartment. It was nice that there was a garage to park our car in. If you get an opportunity to stay here you must. We don't have a single complaint!!

It is a very beautuful apartment with a nice seaview! It has everything you need even floor heating in a bathroom :) Mario was super kind; even texted us after our checkout to let us know about highway situation. Thanks to him, we could be on time at the airport! Apartment is located in the 5th floor with an elevator and car parking is available in a garage (safe). Strongly recommend this place!
