“Communication with Jelena was amazing. Absolutely top class service. They were so very helpful with all of the check-in/out process and provided excellent information. They even helped me with recommendations for restaurants for my nephews birthday. 5* support from Jelena! We had an issue with the electronic door lock (entirely our fault), and they responded immediately and had it all under control quickly and efficiently. Excellent location for access to attractions, cafes, bars & restaurants. Having the original lift was great too - we didn't have any problems at all with it when we were there. Plenty of bedding and towels provided too.”

“Supergood location with shops and traditional bars just behind the corner. Nice & quiet in the shade of old trees. The best pizzeria in Zagreb in the vicinity and a very good traditional pub with plenty of beer just walking distance. Good food, too. Even our Swedish workmates liked the place and did not want to leave at all (well, eventually they had to).”
