“Very cozy, warm and cute place. The terrace/balcony was great - large, with beautiful view to mountains afar and with parasol canopy. There were always nice wind. There is garden around the house. Everything in the room is very comfortable, even small things - I could feel owner's care all the time. The center of Sutivana with bus stop, palm alley and port with restaurants and bars is 3-minute walk away. However, the house is on very quiet street. There is pool and sun loungers. Nearest beach is wonderful. 2 shops near the house. And the hosts were warm and fun. Thanks them also for communicating with me until late at night while I was arriving, they were even trying to help me get to Sutivan from Split.

All the equipment needed in the kitchen to cook and nice extras such as washing up liquid and sponge, salt and pepper and oil.

Small beach with jetty to jump off 2 minute walk from apartment.

What we really liked about it was the special location on the waterfront, the use of marble and limestone building materials, the beautiful and sophisticated exterior spaces, the large terraces, made even better by the comfortable furnishings. The house also has an impeccable, well-equipped outdoor barbecue kitchen with an outdoor dining area, which we used regularly. The lady who looks after the villa was always on hand to help us and made sure that the outside spaces were tidy. The kitchen in the house is also well equipped and large. Everything can be prepared in it according to your needs. The terraces have a beautiful view of the bay, the sea and the sunsets are easily admired. We were always delighted to return from our excursions to the discovered beach bays. Everything is even more beautiful in person than in the photos.”
