We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was a bit lackluster but to be expected at this price point. Room was a little grimy in some places like the bathroom. Sheets had some stains at the edges. Shower didn't have the greatest pressure, nor did it get very hot.
I loved the proximity of this hotel to all the businesses and restaurants on Marine Corps Dr. 5 min walk. Also loved the beach view.

United StatesIt was overall a poorly maintained hotel. The room had stains all the wall as did the bathroom and tub. It felt really gross. Some of the sheets had holes as well the towels and sheets/blankets had small red stains on them. Building just seems like it needed some work and it would be good

The hotel should not be operating for travelers. I saw many people seem to live there. The hotel smells mold from the elevator, hallway to the room. Had to switch rooms 3 times. Had to settle with the room that had mold under the bathroom sink. The other rooms had a very bad mold smell and bed had mold. The other room ceiling paint was falling.

MongoliaIf you're coming from where there's winter already, make sure if you're prepared for the sudden temperature change. Otherwise, you'll be always using the room conditioner and it might cause you some minor coughing. I gradually adopted to always let the windows open without using the conditioner. Advise you when you go out, close all the windows.
Location very close to the sea shores, main street etc. Advise you to ask about any possibility regarding how to prepare your meals using the restaurant facilities if you are on budget. Otherwise, everything was fine.

GuamEverything in the hotel was cheaply built from the lobby restrooms, the lobby seating area, the elevator, and the rooms. There was no running hot water in the restrooms and no paper towels. No soap dispenser but an old dirty small bar of soap. The rooms bedding quilt cover stunk badly, and the hangers in the closet were old with a mix of store disposable hangers and coated wire hangers that were bent and rusty.
The architectural design of how the hotel was built on a small property lot utilizing the space well. The view was decent enough considering bigger hotels have since been built. The accommodating time for check in.
