The noise of other guests in the hall, lack of Netflix and internet for the tv, the bathroom curtain did not work well and the floor got wet despite all efforts.

The room I booked did not have an outside window. The room was stuffy even with the ceiling fan. Our friends had a room with a window and view of the volcano. I would only book this kind of room in the future.

The bed, it was very uncomfortable and the windows in the room were quite thin so every single outside noise felt like it was inside the room.

I wished my curtains blocked more the light and they had a sign for "quiet hours" starting 9pm because some other travelers were extremely noisy, talking super loud and not being considerate.

The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. Everything looks very nice, very aesthetic and super clean, they even change my bathroom shower curtain when they cleaned my room! Having breakfast at the roof top is a nice touch. Breakfast is yummy and fills you up. The room is perfect for a solo traveler.

The internet was TERRIBLE, we got absolutely no signal to our room. We weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast due to it being like at eight, when most tours start at 6, and they don’t even offer coffee. The bathroom door from our room didn’t close. The night receptionist wasn’t exactly the nicest, until we left he began to be “nice”.

It’s very pretty (aesthetic). The room was quite big, it had a nice rooftop.

My debit card was charged without permission. I wanted to pay cash. The ceaning crew was very loud while working, couldn,t rest in the afternoon.

I loved its charming atmosphere. The location was excellent—just a 12-minute walk from the center, making it easy to explore the town and its attractions. The property had a nice, laid-back vibe, and the common areas were a great place to relax and meet other travelers. However, there were a couple of downsides. The water in the shower was quite cold, which wasn’t ideal after a day of exploring. Additionally, there were ants around the bench near the door, which was a bit of a nuisance. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay due to the overall ambiance and the convenient location. It is a cozy place to stay in Antigua.

While it did not bother us much, there is the risk of some noise because all room window's open into a indoor, social courtyard. Breakfast is good, yet same every day.

First of all we liked that Selah was clean. The room, in particular, felt very clean, and they were regular on making it nice daily. Although there is no a/c, the weather was chill enough at night, and the bed was comfortable too thus no issues. Staff was clear with instructions when we had questions. Locationwise, Selah is very well located and we walked all over Antigua within 15 mins. Price is also very affordable, and that makes it even better.

The property is nicely decorated. The rooms were clean and they provided filtered water so you did not have to continuously have to buy water. It was a short walk to town and 1 minute away was a laundromat. This is the second time I stayed there.

There was no good circulation in the rooms, so they became really hot after having a shower or just spending time inside. The windows go inwards which you don’t want to open as other guests can see you or walk past.

I’d say location is not the best, it could take up to 10 minutes walking from the center of antigua also, i’d recommend having the breakfast earlier, 8 AM is too late for tourists

The room could be a little small if sharing. The ceiling fans are a little intimidating, either very fast or off.

Selah Hotel was a great stay for me and my friends. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast was solid and the view from breakfast was unbeatable. The location was fantastic.
