We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIf you are there during the weekend the music of their casino / bar is very very loud. I spent Saturday and Sunday nights and you could hear the music until the time the party was over (around 3am)
The place is well located and the facilities are very decent. The gym is big and very well equiped

GuatemalaBathtub need an urgent work, it looks dirty but it is a combination of many things. I wanted to fill it and take a long bath but i couldn´t. We heard about a noisy disco on thursdays but I can´t tell if it is true because we stayed on tuesday.
Everything except the bathroom was good. Room was spacious, bed was good, tv ok, furniture was really good, with a small round table and two chairs. Breakfast was good and service ok.

NetherlandsTo have hot water in the shower, you have to wait more than 10 minutes. The odor extractor in the bathroom was falling off. The Wi-Fi connection only reached the hallway, there was never Wi-Fi inside the room. The rooms facing the street are very noisy, there is no sound insulation. These are some things that a 5-star hotel should have impeccable.

United StatesI booked Ruinas Resort for our medical mission team...about 30 people. It exceeded our expectations and turned out to be a very good choice. The staff was helpful and the rooms and common areas were clean and attractive. The food was good. It was a short walk from local restaurants. I would not hesitate to return for our next mission or for a personal stay.

GuatemalaThe bathroom clogs easily and has Poot lighting, they advertise spa and made us wait until the spa open time to let us know there were no massages available, housekeeping will take all towels for hours leaving the room without any towel.

United StatesThe bed was not as soft as I'm used to. The shower and tub combo was not a safe layout. No wash cloths in the bathroom.
The hotel bar was a nice area. The size of the room was perfect for what we needed. Great location close to the ruins and a sub sandwich restaurant.
