The location is great. About 200m from the main beach and you have everything there. There are shops that you can buy what you need. Unlike many cities nearby, the parking is not an issue. The flat was clean and well spacious for the price! The owners were super friendly, even giving us local tips (for example a local festival about 5km away from us) always smiling and super nice!

- The kitchen was a bit small but OK. - The windows had mesh against mosquitos but in some places, they were not very well fitting.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms (a double bed room and a twin bed room), kitchen, bathroom, corridor and large terrace. Air conditioning was included in the price. Parking is possible in front of the apartment. Beach is about 250 meters away. The beach is a mix of sand and pebbles. The sea becomes deep relatively quickly. The beach has parts with beach chairs for rent and parts without. Bakery, supermarket and ice cream shop are about 150 meters away. There are several restaurant within walking distance. It is possible to borrow two bikes (we borrowed one and fine), beach umbrella and two beach chairs (we did not borrow those). The host was very helpful.

Jelena and Themis were very helpful and always there if we needed something. The apartment was perfect for a family like ours. Close to the beach, spacious balcony where we had our breakfast and after beach snack/lunch. Will definitely book again when visiting Paralia Dionisiou and Nea Moudania.

The toilet and bathroom serve their function adequately, though they lack comfort. A suggestion would be to add a hanger for the showerhead on the wall, which would be convenient. Also, a regular door instead of a sliding one would improve convenience. The kitchen, while equipped with basic necessities, may feel limited for guests expecting more amenities.

The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. The house stands out with its spacious and airy balcony. The area is very peaceful, and the value for money is excellent. The Wi-Fi connection was also very good.

Apartaments have a simple shower, no curtain, so water splashes on the floor. Prepare for mosquitoes, unfortunately, the fumigator did not help us and mosquitoes flew in from somewhere, although there were mosquito nets on the windows. One night, the child was bitten by a mosquito more than 20 times and an allergic tumor went, fortunately we had medicines with us. There is one pharmacy in Paralia Dionisiou, but the medicines there are minimal. There is a strip of stones in the sea and my husband saw sea urchins near a large stone. Therefore, aqua shoes will be an excellent solution for relaxation :)

My family were on holiday in Greece for the first time. The place was chosen very carefully, because we were traveling with a child :)) You know? It was a great experience! The apartments are owned by wonderful, sympathetic, very hospitable people Themis and Elena, who smile every day, greet you, are always ready to help and tell you about the delicious secrets of Paralia Dionisiou :) We liked the apartments, we were placed on the 2nd floor with a large balcony, where it is very pleasant to eat. I was surprised that the frying pan and pots were usable, clean (usually in rented apartments the cooking utensils are already worn out). The small kitchen is minimally equipped, but everything was enough for us. We bought only paper towels (because we got used to them at home). There were very comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses, it was good to sleep. Speaking of help. One day, the boiler broke down in our room, the owner apologized and quickly solved the problem, and the very next day we had warm water again and even cleaned the drain in the bathroom :) Thank you! Bed linen and towels were changed every 4-5 days. My husband loves to ride a bike. And the owner kindly provided his bike for a couple of hours. My husband remembers those moments fondly. We are very grateful to Themis and Elena, in two weeks we got used to Paralia very much, fell in love with the cottage village and hope to come back again!

Jelena was a great host. The apartment comfortable and clean. Sheets, towels and other toiletries are changed every 4 days. Fast internet connection. Sandy beach with clear water throughout the day. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at Zoi Apartments again.
