We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandDefinitely did not feel like a 3 star hotel, our shower was not draining water fast enough, we've gotten 2 single beds for a couple which were also not very comfortable, in general felt more like a solid 2 star, the swimming pool was great however there is no showers for it
The location is probably the best thing about this hotel, it's next to the marina and the view from the lobby is just great, the 2 gents at reception very helpful and seem very nice though we did not have too much interaction, breakfast was also very nice

Hotel in an interesting place, close to everything. Clean rooms. The pool was nice and clean. Sunbeds and umbrellas always available. The staff and owners were very nice. I consider the stay successful. Greetings to the owners. 🤗

It is a good option if you have the correct expectations. The hotel is clean and in a good location but old. Do not expect brand new equipment or bed or room. Check-in and check-out was ok.

CroatiaThe room is not on the standard expected. The beds are really bad, there is only one outlet near the bed and the beds are on wheels so they move around the room. It is like in the pictures, if you apply instagram filters on it. The breakfast is ok, nothing special, repeats every day. Everything is near you, in a walking distance

The staff is very nice, friendly, helpful. Room is cleaned everyday. Near to town so many restaurant. Very near to the beach, you can see sunset and sunrise from your room if you choose beach view room. if not then you just need to go to balcony.

South AfricaThe hot breakfast is terrible, as is the coffee. The rooms are quite old age my aircon wasn't great. Fridge made quite a noise at night.
The location of the hotel is ok. It is on the outskirts of Kos Town center (about 1.3km walk) but it does have nice sea views and good restaurants, mini-supermarkets and bike rental companies right around the corner. It has an awesome pool.
