The hotel was amazing, beautiful rooms, incredible staff and delicious food. The staff really did cater to your every wish (before you even thought of it) and were so lovely. The best hotel I have been to. The hotel is also a few minutes away from a small town with some restaurants to enjoy.

The pool isn’t heated There’s no sunset view but that’s because of the location.

The staff are just wonderful! So polite and friendly. The food is sensational- the restaurant needs a Michelin star! Wonderful breakfast with a great view! The rooms are nice, a little on the small side but otherwise perfect.

Some times there is a bit of noise from the planes…the hotel is at some points during the day in the take off route. It did not bother me, though. But it is there.

Everything! All members of the staff are simply wonderful, such a nice team. From the restaurant ladies to the coffee bar, reception staff, the pool bar or the spa!! My room was wonderful with a small shared pool. Bed was awesome and very comfortable. The breakfast is simply excellent! Dinner at the restaurant is very good, and they have an excellent choice of local wines. Most of the nights there is something going on, music, movies, wine tasting, etc

Excellent breakfast, with typical greek options and international also. They had live music on 2 nights. The dinner options are good, food is excellent. We tried eating in Tsivili but it was a hit and miss, thus we regret not eating in the hotel. It is a bit pricier, but the quality is definitely there. Excellent staff, always attentive and caring. It was a complete relaxation with no worries. The view from the apartment was stunning, sitting in the pool and relaxing

I don't have complains.

I loved the hospitality, kindness and friendliness of the whole personnel of the Hotel. They are always so attentive to every need. Rooms are very spacious and the room pool very clean. Breakfast is excellent. I have no complains. They also greeted us with a sparkling wine and cake to celebrate our honeymoon.

The location is good but you need a car to enjoy the most of the town.

Loved it here. Incredibly warm welcome and excellent service throughout. The staff are wonderful and keen to help. Adored the property, pools, style & design. We had a very generous room upgrade which was so appreciated. The basics were more than covered plus beautiful extra touches like a cellist playing during breakfast! Breakfast was great quality. Cocktails delicious. Housekeeping are brilliant. A very peaceful and luxurious stay.

We had the most amazing time staying at the Zante Maris Suites! We were blown away from the moment we arrived. All of the staff were so attentive, kind and helpful. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade on the day we checked-in and all I can say is WOW....the upgraded room was absolutely beautiful, and huge!! The breakfast was high quality with a large range. The room and the view were great! The staff were very helpful with arranging a hire car for us and a private boat tour, which I would highly recommend! The waters in the southern part of Zakynthos are unreal! Thank you Zante Maris Suites for exceeding our expectations in every way!! We can't wait to come back.

This hotel is a true gem with a great pool and super food, but what makes it really special is the people and the service you receive.

The signage for parking / reception could have been better. Spent some time hunting for where to park and then for where to check in before we knew where things were. Lugging our stuff from the parking lot also wasn't fun (the staff probably would have helped with this but we didn't know where they were). The breakfast egg options were pretty meat heavy, which wasn't great for a vegetarian. But you can order off menu :) The room smelled sulfur-y on our last night (previously it smelled AMAZING every time we went in). The staff tried to address it and offered to move our rooms but it was better after whatever they did so we ended up staying. We did book two boat tours (captained tour to the north and drive-your-own-boat to the south) through the hotel - I wish they'd told us we could've done full day options instead of just defaulting to half day as we probably would've done a longer day on the south side.

The hotel was truly lovely. The staff was kind and helpful, the room was gorgeous, spacious, and clean, the view was beautiful, the breakfast was good (not the best hotel breakfast ever but solid), the location was good in terms of getting around the island. We had a room with a private pool and it was really lovely - the pool got toasty during the day and we got to take afternoon and evening dips. The room felt airy and bright. The live music over breakfast and dinner on some evenings was lovely. Truly a wonderful experience.

Not only breakfast but dinner was always perfect. All of the staff were so friendly! And it was a refreshing experience to hold a new event every day. The accommodation was better than expected, but the friendly staff made this accommodation feel even better! This is a highly recommended accommodation for anyone visiting Zakynthos!!!!!

The only thing id say is to have Smarter TVs that you can sign into Applications such as Netflix.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we had great service the staff were so nice and me and my partner felt so welcome! They gave us complimentary drinks upon arrival, and let us settle in nicely. Always were available to help and dropped us down the bottom of the road and back to our room on the buggy so we didnt have to walk far in the extreme heat in zante which was so helpful and nice. The food was amazing, and drinks and facilities were great would definitely recommend to friends and anyone who is going to visit Zante.

The toilet and the shower seem to be a bit simple compared to the rest of the room and bathroom. Not something to complain about, just something we noticed.

The suite and the view was amazing, the staff was super friendly and the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was really good. We loved our stay here and we will probably come back for another vacation!
