What can I say, this boutique hotel is beautifully designed and facilities amazing. We had a private pool overlooking the ocean which was dream. But what makes this hotel exceptional is the staff, I have never experienced customer service like it. Every single member goes above and beyond.. They made an off menu Gluten free meal for my partner which was a highlight and looked after me so well after I had taken a fall before I arrived. Thank you everyone for making our stay so relaxing and memorable.

Nothing I say detracts from how great the whole experience was. I’ve offered some simple feedback - such as more hooks in the bedrooms and a larger table on the rooms sun deck/ terrace - and otherwise the only thing I can suggest is a little more notice as to the daily activity/ entertainment plans (we missed out on a wine tasting event because we’d already booked a boat tour and so were away from the hotel).

From being met at the gate and our cases taken to our room, checking-in without once standing at desk (instead, an app-form completed whilst we had our welcome cocktail), and 24/7 room service (with a ‘tray charge’) and housekeeping - to amazing facilities, enormous room, and the best inclusive breakfast service I could ever imagine; this holiday was simply amazing. The staff portrayed a genuine friendliness and desire to ensure my partner and I had the best holiday experience - and how they went about their work made us entirely believe that was their purpose. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and more often than not they preempted what we needed or made a suggestion before we asked. I’ve never taken a holiday like this, and so it felt like a real investment/ luxury treat to what I’m used to experiencing (and let’s be frank, what I’m used to spending), and so I had high hopes for it being my best ever holiday. In reality - any expectation I had was surprised. Simply amazing.

Very friendly and warm staff that delivered great service during our stay. Their restaurant was very good, especially the daily breakfast with both buffet and a la carte options. Accommodation is spacious and with a very comfortable bed (coco-mat). We really enjoyed the swimming pools; both the private one as well as the shared one that is heated and bigger. Multiple 'special events' during the week, like a wonderful music night with live acoustic music. Highly recommended and would like to book again in the future.

A little expensive, only Greek wines available on the menu. A strong sewage smell some days. No smart TV or Bluetooth stereo in the room to be able to watch streaming services etc.

Spacious and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, friendly and supportive staff, nice pool. Quiet location in a busy island, close to the Main Street. Helped us with setting a tour for the next day. Everything 5 star hotel should be, even if not the cheapest.

Gorgeous hotel. We stayed in the private pool suite and everything was perfect. There is a shared heated pool as well which was great. Breakfast was exceptional and staff was very helpful.

We had some insects in the our room toilet during our last 3 days.another time a water flashing noise coming from our room bathroom at night time woke us up and we had to call a technician at 1 am. We were offered to move in another room but after a long stay we were lazy to move out as we had 2 more days left. They were very fast to solve the issue.

Zante Maris Suites is a stunning Hotel and the rooms with private pool have an amazing view. The hotel itself is amazing and has beautiful pools and to be honest the Top best restaurants of Zakynthos. The food was “ next level”, so good and well presented that we decided to eat in the hotel most of our nights ( we stayed 10 days). The breakfast has lots of options too. The best part of this hotel is THE STAFF. WOW WOW WOW. They make this place being a 5 star hotel. Attentive, friendly, fun, professional but they made us feel just like at home. We met everyone from the staff in operation food and beverage, reception and concierge. We were amazed from everyone and each one of this young professional :) The owner of this Hotel should be aware that we will come back because of the staff, more then the hotel which was amazing.

The clothes rail isn't long enough for dresses.

There's nothing not to like here. The beautiful rooms, the friendly staff, the pool and all the facilities are fantastic. The staff can not do enough for you, even though we didn't spend a lot of money here ( as we had friends staying elsewhere) the accommodation is up a hill, they send a buggy to collect you in seconds. Its only 5 minutes walk into the main area for all restaurants. Honestly a.truly beautiful holiday and so sad to be leaving. .

Beautiful hotel in a nice and quiet area but close to everything. Common areas beautifully decorated and well thought out. Heated pool with sun beds and soft bean bags was always available. Amazing bar with nice choice of cocktails and a good snack/lunch menu. The restaurant for dinner was delicious and with a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and attentive. Overall the property is amazing. Ideally if you get to have a chance to stay in the suite with private pool you will get the whole experience. The deluxe rooms were simple but nice.

The water form the private pool is a little bit cold.. Is to bad that after 15:00 a clock we didn’t have sun on the terrace.

There’s nothing not to like

The staff is amazing. They are professional and super friendly. They remember specific preferences guests have and do anything to make your stay unforgettable. The suites are modern with amazing views. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of options from the buffet and a variety of options a la carts on top of that. George and Kostas in the bar create cocktails that are little artworks. I stay in hotels about 150 nights a year and to my opinion, Zante Maris Suites is a winner.
