We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineThe apartment is great, very clean, modern, probably there is everything you need, especially 2 conditions which are a must during summer season. The area is quite, beautiful view from the apartment, the bus station is 7 minutes by walk. There also a beautiful beaches approximately 2 km away with clear water. The host is extremely friendly, he left some food and drinks for us, which was really nice. He will help you with every needs, so I definitely recommend it for staying.

He went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, he provided complimentary snacks and drinks and replied right away to any questions or requests we had. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The furnished balcony is a great addition as you can sit down and enjoy the view of the town and sea.

Communication with host was also great. Overall, a great place to stay if you spend a few days in Zakynthos town 😀

AustraliaCan be a slightly noisy from surrounding area, stairs make it harder to bring heavy suitcases up to the room, but the host assisted with this. Adequate blankets were provided, but weren't hotel level (not all white quilts).
Host was very accommodating, helped with baggage storage and taxis, and was great to communicate with. The room is very well equipped, having things like olive oil and washing powder already available, which many apartments forget about. Loved the balcony and would have loved to stay longer.

The flat is beautiful, new and very clean. The location is great, the terrace is very good and you can see the top of the houses and a little part of the sea. Also very quiet. The host is great, always contactable and relied promptly to my texts. The welcome drinks and water and juice were a great touch and a welcome sign. I appreciated them very much.

ChinaThere's no oil in the kitchen, and the curtains don't shade while the sun is always shining in the early morning..
The host is very nice. He always responded promptly and prepared welcome gifts for us. The rooms are clean and suitable for a couple or a small family. The apartment is a five-minute walk from the sea and nearby street parking is free.
