It is a steep walk up from the town and beaches but that’s what you get when you get a stunning view. It was worth it every time but if you are not mobile it would cause a problem.

Nice sized apartment with space to move. Good area on the terrace to relax. Easy walk into town. Kostas on reception was helpful, knowledgeable, and a great conversationalist. He assisted us with motor bike hire and transfers back to the port. He also gave great advice on places to visit on our ride.

The receptionist Kostas was fenomenal. He is a gem in the Yades hotel as he offers lots of advice, lots of travelling tips, restaurants recommendations and must see locations on top of that is very friendly and always smiling 😃

From the cost of the accommodation point of view, it is recommended that the coffee pill in the room does not be charged with 1 euro. We are not talking about money, it’s about principle, for the psychological comfort of clients.

Very nice position, overlooking the sea. The place is clean, the breakfast in the room on the terrace is pleasant. Nikos and the entire staff are very kind.

This did not really affect us, but there is an alert sign light above the door inside the room that stays on, so those who need a completely dark room may want to bring a sleep mask.

Breakfast was made to order which was great. The staff were so beyond accommodating. They helped us arrange for taxis and gave us input on some excursions we had planned. Costa was very helpful in coordinating our hike to the lighthouse which he recommended when we were asking for things to do. He and Maria-Angela both gave us excellent restaurant recommendations too. The room was small, which we expected. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our view was wonderful and it was lovely to have our breakfast outside each morning. The hotel location was so convenient to a little beach, shops and restaurants- everything was very walkable. I wish we had stayed a little longer but will definitely book here next time we visit Paros.

The layout and size of the room, for what the rate was could have been larger to unpack and store luggage, but we were on an extended trip so we had a lot of luggage. The bed was not comfortable at all. That needs to be upgraded and replaced.

The personal attention of the staff was a very welcome touch. With limited rooms, the staff get to know you and we enjoyed our interactions very much. We booked a second-floor room with a private terrace and hot tub. The space on the terrace was perfect for spending the day there, evenings, morning coffee....really nice. Not a pretentious place at all. Very down to earth accommodation.

The rooms are actually small apartments, so that was surprising.

The facilities were incredible and the staff were unbelievably hospitable. Every request was met with a smile. It would be a pleasure to return to the Yades suites anytime.

We would have liked some shade on the roof terrace as it got so hot and sun loungers on the roof terrace would have been preferable to the recessed loungers in the floor.

I wish they cleaned the hot tub at least on the third day. The water in the washroom also easily got everywhere and it just made the entire room wet and muggy. There wasn't proper soap in the hotel and the location of the hotel is ok - not ideal. You do have to walk some hills and then down a road for 15mins to hit the old port or the buzz part of the city. You do need a rental to get to this place (we have an ATV so it wasn't an issue for us)

This was the only property in the area that was of reasonable price with a hot tub. The property offered privacy, lots of free parking options and the staff was nice.

The size of bathroom is small but still with the necessary amenities.

Wonderful to sit on the terrace every morning, look out on sea and enjoy breakfast that was brought to us in the room! Everyone was very helpful and cordial with suggestions for restaurants and activities. We enjoyed a lot our staying in Paros!
