We enjoyed our stay in the White Swan. We felt very welcomed and the personal was super nice and caring. The beach is in 5 min walk distance and very enjoyable. 100% recommended.

We liked everything but it was hard to get parked and if I was being picky I would say that the view from our balcony was of peoples homes.

What a great hotel!! The staff were friendly and so welcoming and they compiled a list of good restaurants all of which we enjoyed. The hotel sits one block back from the beach away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything. The hotel was beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. The air con was quiet and efficient and the bathrooms gorgeous. The little roof top pool and sun deck was a great place to relax after a busy day out. We had a great stay and would really recommend this hotel.

Nothing.

The room was so spacious, comfy and always clean. The staff was really really kind and always helpful. The wifi is super fast. The beach is literally 3 minutes walk, the old town with all the tavernas and bars is 15 minutes on foot. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and were very sad to leave. The neighbourhood is quiet, there are mostly other hotels and locals houses around. The nearest market is 2 minutes.

I can not even describe how perfect our stay was. The room was BEAUTIFUL, and the staff was so incredibly kind. The location is perfect. You're close to Rethymno Old Town, which is lovely. And there's restaurants and cafés everywhere around you. There is no private parking and it's quite busy in de streets but after a round or two you can definitely find a spot! There's also a parking lot next to the hotel, we were able to park our car there every day so it was all good! You might need a couple minutes to find a parking spot but we always found something near the hotel. Everything else was perfect!

Nothing to comment, simply amazing

Upon arrival the very very friendly daughter of the hotel-owning family checked us in. Before we even entered she had given us bottled water and took our luggage. She gave a lot of usefull info about the surroundings and things to do on Krete. The room was spacious and gorgeous, the same evening we booked another night there because the experience was so exceptional. Thanks you for letting us stay over!

There really is nothing we didn't like.

A great hotel tucked away in a residential area but within walking distance to a fantastic beach and 10 mins walk to the old town. We loved the contrast of the two places. There is a great little outdoor space on the roof with a 'dip in' pool to cool down. The staff were welcoming, friendly and became like family/ friends. Dora was hilarious giving my husband a daily Greek language lesson . We had a couple of things we needed help with and really was no bother to the staff at all. We have travelled a lot and this is the first time we really want to go back somewhere and realistically there is absolutely nothing we could fault or would change. We were also impressed by how environmentally conscious the staff are too. You won't be disappointed if you book here.

Great location 2minutes from the beach and 10min walk to Old Town. Good few cafes near by for quick bites and a supermarket as well. Dora and the team were amazingly kind, hospitable + informative about anything needed. There's a cozy rooftop jacuzzi pool to wind down and enjoy the evenings. Comfy, spacious and very modern rooms with a safe to keep personal items when you go exploring. Great place, great stay

The pool area is very small which was slightly disappointing and it was a brisk 10/15 minute walk from the old town (although this didn’t bother us it may bother others).

The property is very modern and the rooms were very clean. It is in a close proximity to the beach too. The staff were lovely and provided us with recommendations of where to eat whilst we were there.

We have stayed at the White Swan 3 times in the last 6 months. Lovely, clean family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble. Situated in residential area just 5 minutes walk to the beach. Staff really helpful especially the lovely young lady Dora, who is an asset to the hotel. We will be back.

Everything about White Swan was great - very enjoyable. Parking in Rethymno is tricky at times, but manageable.

It was a cmfortable and well appointed room with balcony. The staff and owners at reception are very friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful and welcoming, with excellent English. The hotel is quiet, well managed in a nice neighbourhood, and close to beach, shops, restaurants.
