We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesIt felt a bit sterile and I did not feel the traditional Greek hospitality there. It was also very frustrating needing to remember to order breakfast the night before, especially because I never know what I want to eat in the morning. I also found the breakfast to be quite poor in quality (except the coffee and yogurt and orange juice- everything else was not good and barely edible). It was also quite a slow breakfast service, and they usually forgot to bring everything you ordered (I could barely remember myself). I found that quite frustrating to be honest. There was also an incident where we forgot our key in our room and we arrived to the hotel with the reception locked and no staff to be found. The owner came back within 15 minutes of us waiting but it was quite frustrating given the amount of money we paid to stay there not to have a single person working at the hotel available to help. While it was a perfectly nice and clean and pleasant stay, I would rather pay less, stay in a smaller room and hotel with more friendly Greek hospitality. This was the third hotel we stayed in Sifnos (first was small and lovely and cozy, the second was more upscale luxury with beautiful sea views).
It was very clean, very well located. Comfortable furnishings. Responsive and friendly staff over email.

If you want a place to chill out, unwind and be at ease, this is the place. From the moment you arrive at the port , you are met by a staff member and whisked up the hill to an amazing view of the port, bay and surrounding mountains. The warmth and friendliness of the staff are second to none and they make you feel right at home- nothing is a problem. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, really lovely toiletries in the bathrooms with verandas and sitting out areas. You wake up to the sound of sheep bells and donkeys in the nearby fields. The hotel is less than a year old and is kept spotlessly clean. The pool is surprisingly deep and great for cooling off after a day's sightseeing or sunbathing. Breakfast is ordered the night before on their app to cut down on waste and it's so beautiful sitting on the terrace with chill zone music looking out over the bay. We spent 3 days there and decompressed completely! Would I recommend it ?- 100% yes. Would I go back? - 100% yes.

United KingdomIt would be good to have some more shade on the patio area around the pool. At 5pm there is no shade. Also the pool water is very cold to the point we didn’t use it. But I expect in the height of the summer it would be OK.
New and well maintained. Very clean. Ideal location just up on the hills of the town but close enough to walk into town. Amazing views. Staff were excellent who did everything to make our stay great. Lovely breakfasts with very large choice. Tastefully decorated and fitted out.

If you are looking to relax in a peaceful location overlooking the bay of Kamares while sipping a delicious cocktail and enjoying the cristalline waters of the swimming pool you are at the right address at the Voya. The staff is exceptionally friendly and they are all going up and beyond to make you feel special. The beach is only a short walk awa. The rooms are beautifully spacious, bright and have everything you need. You wake up to the chime of the bells of sheep grazing and the outline of the steep mountains gracefully towering over the picturesque village of Kamares. The whole experience is food for your soul and resting to the eye. Thank you from the bottom of our heart to Christina, Delphine and Manolis for making our stay a dream. ♥️
