The location is little far away of Mykonos city center (20 min by car). I recommend everyone because it worthly the money that you paid for. But, is very important to rent car to move around the Mykonos island. We spend fantastic days there!

Cozzy apartment, amazing views, beach at 5 min walking. Hot tub with incredible views and working perfectly. Definitely we love to come back.

When we arrived we found hair on several things in the apartment especially in the bathroom and a few on the bed.

The outside seating area and the whirlpool. The style of the apartment is very nice.

If you need to move you have to rent a car (in advance, we in fact encountered problems) because everything is far away: restaurants, chora, club, market. There's nothing around. Transfers are expensive. We enjoyed the house and forget (almost) everything! Beach, delivered food and nothing else, only a visit to the chora (thanks to Petros another time)

Vlia Apartments are very beautiful, very clean and full of services, near the fantastic Lia beach. We stayed there 3 days with our children: all around is calm and silent, only beach, swim, play and relax. Petros is very accommodating with all your requests. He was very kind and helpful.

Extreme Corner of the Island. Can’t travel without your own vehicles.

The location is on the Lia Beach just 250 meters. not the main town area. if you looking for quite and scenic view this is the property.

The showers are starting to show some humidity on their floor, it is not really clean😕, the jacuzzi is cold !

It's important to know that there is no public transport to get there, which means that you either need to take a taxi back and forth or rent a car, so the price can add up quickly especially if you are staying several days and want to visit the island. Price wise, taxi is about 20 euros per person, renting a car for a day is about 40 euros so it's better financially, to rent a car , especially if you are a family.

The view was amazing and we spent hours on the terrace as it is sheltered from the wind. The terrace has a plunge pool, a very comfortable big cushion, a nice corner sofa and great little lights to give a very romantic atmosphere. The terrace was a definite highlight!! The beach is 3 mins walk away, very nice design, décors and comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The shutters in the bedroom are very good as the sleep doesn't wake you up. The host was communicating well, he was nice and helpful. He arranged an atv rental for us (65 euros we had such a blast all day, biggest atv I'd seen, very comfortable too) to be dropped off and picked up at the flat so it was wonderful as we didn't need to go anywhere to pick it up or do anything. Thank again Petros we loved our stay!! 😊

Unfortunately the room were I stayed was probably the one with worst views. Absolutely no sea view and in a position where cars leaving the hotel at night were lighting the entire room. A bit disappointing in that sense

there was a miscommunication and we thought there was a pool at our rental and there wasn’t. definitely would be helpful to have a car.

The only two things I can say about this villa is that it is a little far out however if you wanted a nice quiet break it is ideal as its lovely and quiet. The other is that we did think we would have a pool as online when looking at the pictures we just assumed they all had a small pool. But as mentioned above the beach was a 5 minute walk away so we just went and enjoyed the sea and sand for a few hours!

This was our second stop to our island hopping traveling around Greece. We organised a transfer from the port which went smoothly and Petros (Host) was there waiting for us. The villa was exceptionally clean and was lovely inside. I traveled with my partner, brother-in-law and his girlfriend and we had our own bathrooms which was great also. Petros was great and answered any queries we had and also took us to and from the Mykonos town on the one evening during our stay which made the night stress free regarding getting home. There is a beach that's a 5 minute walk away which was lovely however you did sometimes get hit with sand whilst sunbathing due to the wind! There is a shop that we did walk to that was 40 minutes each way so we got up early to do this, I know that quite a lot of people hire cars/quads etc whilst they are there but due to us only being there a few days and island hopping we were trying to save our pennies. Overall I really couldn't fault the service and the villa apart from the 2 minor things mentioned below.

It needs some remodeling for extra cleaning. There was mold on the showers corners. Cushions on the couches also need cleaning.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect for a family of four. Very comfortable with an amazing sea view and nicely decorated. Very quiet at night. If you want to stay away from the crowds it is a great location. You will need a car though as it is 25min away from downtown.
