The welcome and kindness of the owner, the sea view, being so close to more than one beautiful beaches, the natural and silent surrounding, the simplicity and yet beauty of the house, with very nice details, the veranda that protects you from the wind even when it blows strong. The property was perfect. However because it was out of season lots of pre season repairs were happening, understandable but a little noisy at times - particularly early in the morning.

Although we did not expect rooms to be cleaned for us, they didn't have any cleaning materials within them for general maintenance e.g. dustpan/ brush which was tricky with sandy feet. We also asked for fresh sheets after a few days to change the beds ourselves and were told this wasn't possible. The property is advertised as having a tumble dryer but this is not the case, something we were told after we had put our washing into the washing machine...eeek... We went off season at the beginning of April which meant the area was relaxed and quiet but did mean there were no local restaurants open with the nearest shops/ eateries about 4km away so a car/ taxi is essential. The property is advertised as having WIFI but on arrival we were told it didn't actually work in our seaview room with no alternative or solution provided. It was on and off on our balcony area.

Lots of parking and the location was incredible - right next to a beautiful beach and at the start of a 40 minute hike to another beach only accessible via foot which was serene and quiet with crystal clear waters. The seaview from our studio balcony was lovely and there was a large cushioned outdoor seating area and table perfect for meals and relaxing. There was nowhere within the room to sit and eat and so this was ideal and completely covered from any potential rain. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, hob, oven and kettle/ Nespresso machine and a large fridge.

It was all great,we would definitely come back to that place. Only the last two days we didn't have much hot water. Unfortunately lots of mosquitoes..

Lovely area close to the beach with very peaceful surroundings ( probably out of season only). The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Lovely patio area plenty seating options. And some friendly local kittens as a bonus. Nearest shop 5 min drive to the nearest town.

Very nice and helpful owner. When we arrived, we couldn't find the remote control and he bought us a new one the very next day! Beautiful place with an amazing terrace, 200 m from the beach. Quiet place, definitely recommend! Thank you.

When weather is windy (usual at Mykonos) residences and beach are exposed to Meltem Additionnal bed was not very comfortable for my 11 years old son : it is suitable for young kid but not a teenager Vlia mar résidences are quite far from any places for shopping or restaurant you must rent a car in my opinion. Roads and access are OK no problem.

Vlia Mar residences are really a great and beautiful place for quiet stay at Mykonos, very close to Lia beach in the east of the island. Our host was really nice, much helpful when my son suffered from ear inconvenience. Our studio was very comfortable with a nice view on sea. We have really enjoyed our stay (3 nights mid august).

There wasn't any AC but 6 screened in windows that could be opened to allow the breeze in. We didn't spend a lot of time there during the day, so I could see it getting uncomfortable if you were to hang out inside during the peak heat of the day; however, the front porch was large and open so it was a great alternative to beat the heat.

We loved the location (nice view with short walk to beach) and the front porch. Iannis was a great host. Easy to connect with and attentive to our needs. Perfect spot for a family of four for a short stay.

The staff is very helpful and the view is amazing. The centre of Mykonos is not far from the hotel and you can enjoy the view on the road. The apartments are clean and tidy, and they have everything you need. It was a perfect trip and stay.

We had three nights stay and one day there was no hot water and next day it was just warm water.

Very nice, luminous, spacious apartment with perfect terrace that is not exposed to a wind. Nice and not crowded beach (Lia) is just 5 min walk away from the room. Peaceful part of Mykonos.
