All perfect!

I have stayed here several times, and will do so again, the next time I visit Skiathos. The views from the rooms are exceptionally beautiful. A well stocked garden. All staff extremely helpful, but not intrusive. Babis (owner) arranged transfer to airport, and horse riding. A short walk to several lovely soft sand beaches. Handy for Dolphin Dive Centre, and other water sports. Small supermarkets and restaurants, taverna within a few minutes walk, but, the property itself is secluded.

Nothing not to like.

Multilingual staff, so everything was easy to manage. Quiet location, with lovely views, but handy for buses etc.. Close to excellent Dive Centre, and beach.

The apartment was really lovely. Everything you needed, even a little sewing kit. We'll definitely be back. It was a little way from the town but the bus service was brilliant and very cheap. You could go anywhere for a few euros.

Quiet location. Superb views. Multilingual staff who go out of their way to ensure that the premises are clean and comfortable, and that guests are well looked after. Arrival and departure, seamless.

There’s a dirt hill you have to walk up from the bus stop but it’s not too bad

The view is amazing, the staff are super helpful and offer great information about the island and anything you need. The room is very nice and quite large. There is a bus stop walking distance and also it’s walking distance to the beach.

There is a steep climb from the road to villa but don't let that put you off if you do not have mobility issues.

The owner Babbis is so friendly and helpful, advising us on where to visit during our stay. The accommodation is clean and well maintained. We were so fortunate to have a spectacular view from our veranda. There is a bus stop very close by with regular service to Skiathos Town and to Koukounaries beach. A small supermarket just down the road too.

Everything about our stay was fantastic, the property is beautifully kept and the view from the balcony was exceptional. The location was also great, with easy access to the bus into town or towards Koukounaries. I highly recommend Villa Kavourakia, and hope to stay there again in the future!

There were some big bugs, maybe from the outside

The property is located near to the bus station 13, but you must climb a little bit. It has a supermarket with all you need near. The garden looks amazing and the host was really friendly and helpful, offering us a greek coffee at arrival. Our room was clean and well facilitated

It was at the top of a steep hill so unless you are fairly fit or have transport anyone with mobility issues may struggle but you don’t get a view like that and not have to climb! Also to get to the beach, restaurants or bus stop back to Skiathos you have to navigate the main road which has no pavements. These issues would not put me off going back to these lovely apartments.

The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious with all facilities required to stay self catering. Having booked an apartment we had a huge balcony overlooking the bay of Kolios which was stunning. The host was very friendly and accommodating and on hand most of the time if you required help or advice and a chat. You are close to sandy beaches and a handful of lovely restaurants with views of the sea and the bus stop No 13 is pretty much at the end of the road.

Here is a small minus - electric stove did not work properly, and TV was switched off (however, I did not need or use it).

Excellent localization - within a walking distance from the three beaches, one with a good restaurant with reasonable prices, and close to the Conference venue I attended. Fantastic cleanliness. A very big cosy bed, all linen and towels permanently changed. The kitchenette includes all required things, fridge, small electric stove with oven, electric kettle, pots, dishes, cutlery and other. The bathroom also has everything one needs, The interior is minimalisic, but nice, aesthetic and convenient. The garden and a sea view are fantastic. A small supermarket with all basic goods close down. Good bus connection with the Skiathos town and other beaches. To summarize - excellent for a good rest

Not cons, just a few things to notice: - The villa is 10 mins walk uphill from the main road / bus station, on an unpaved road - Due to the natural setting, expect to find and hear all sorts of insects

Ideally located close to nice beaches, 15 mins by bus to Skitahos town / airport, supermarket, restaurants all within walking distance. Very clean, with everything you need from air conditioning to hair dryer, fridge, fresh towels, etc. The room was simple, bathroom not too big, but we found it perfect for our holiday. The owner was really nice and helped us without hesitation.

The room on the upper floor was very hot during the evening and the air conditioning only works when you are in the room. The accommodation is situated on a hill, where you can reach it via an unimproved road with a proper incline.

Placed in a stunning location, a bit outside of the noisy life of the island, with a fabulous garden, this place is for people who want to enjoy Skiathos in a quieter and slow pace way. A piece of heaven with the help and hard work of Mr. Kavouris.

Its a fithteen minute walk up the hill from the next beach, but its not that bad if you like walking.

The view from the balcony was amazing, we were picked up from the port by the owner, the cleaning service came every day to change the bed sheets and clean the room. All in all the Apartment was very clean and had a nice look to it.

The property is located up a road that isn’t lit. As a solo traveller it put me off staying out after dark.

You need a car or a lift to arrive safely to the villa. But the host helped us with this also.

One of the best things I have appreciated was the flexibility of the host, together with the facilities and the view from his villa over Kolios Bay. I recommend this accommodation to all of those who need a holiday and would like to experience Greece at its full value.
