The place is amazing, the staff and the owner are very friendly and happy to help always! The breakfast is very tasty. My child loved our stay there . The staff and the place is kids friendly, there were a lot of toys in the garden , where kids can play. Every thing was amazing, we will definitely come back here next year!

Our stay at Villa Riviera was very nice, the host and the staff were very friendly. The owner provided us with a lot of information about visiting the surrounding ares and the staff was very attentive with our needs. The property is the greenest in the area and the swimming pool was great. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast in the garden was amazing. About six minutes walk from the closest beach.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest welcome by the host - Kyri and staff, who made us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the super friendly and helpful host. He went above and beyond to provide us with excellent recommendations for local beaches and places to eat, ensuring we had the best experience possible. A special mention to the Bulgarian lady from the staff, whose kindness and attention to detail left a lasting impression on us. The hotel itself is a gem. The pool was immaculate and provided a refreshing escape on hot days. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, contributing to a restful night's sleep every night. The beautiful garden added a serene and picturesque backdrop to our stay, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Breakfast was exceptional, with a delicious variety of options that satisfied our taste each morning. The quality of the food was top-notch, making it a delightful start to our day. Overall, our experience at this hotel was outstanding. Kiriazis and the whole team were so welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculate with fluffy towels, lovely toiletries, pillow menu and a kind welcome gift all above and beyond what we expected. Plus the sunset over the stunning garden and scenery were magical. Couldn't wish for more. Looking forward to staying again.

I can’t find enough words to describe this amazing place!!!! With the arrival we had tire issue with the car and the host assisted us and find service that took us immediately. Then when we entered the room it was super cozy and fresh with super nice compliments that were left!! The breakfast, ohh the breakfast is so rich that you can’t think for food until evening. If you want additionally something thy gave you immediately, even if you want something else (because we was with picky kids), if they have it and can prepare it, they did it!! Super nice and helpful for everything! Pool is very clean and comfortable as well and the garden! Comparing the WI-FI to the other places that we were , here is very good. This place is adapting to your vibe, not making you to follow their rules. Personal touch to every guest!! Speak freely Bulgarian, Serbian, English and maybe more. 100000% recommend this place. I’ve been in other very good places but here really every guest is special! Last but not least special thanks to Tanya that care for us like family and made our stay so special.

Nothing could have been better everything was great.

Breakfast was truly amazing and could be compared to something you would get in a top class spa resort in the Maldives. Host so friendly and genuine and went over and above in order to make our stay fantastic. Staff in the villa were really polite and helpful and keep the place to a high standard. Gardens and setting is very peaceful and relaxing with nice pool area. Safe environment and area in a very authentic Greek town with a sense of community and residents who have respect and care for each other and their guests.

The property is very nice - it has everything you may need during your stay. The rooms are clean and neat. What is absolutely exceptional for this place is the personal attitude and the overall service the owner and his staff deliver. By service I mean support during the stay, the exceptional breakfast - I could say this is the most rich and diverse breakfast we have ever had been offered in whole Halkidiki, the compliments in the room! The owner is a great host - really dedicated to deliver great service!

A very nice place with wonderful conditions for a quiet holiday. It is located on the outskirts of the town, but still within walking distance of the beach and taverns in the center. Extremely clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is extravagantly rich and very tasty. The owner is a great guy - he welcomed us, checked us and gave us directions on the location of the places around. No parking problems whatsoever. I recommend the place wholeheartedly - 11/10.

Kiris is a very helpful host. The villa Riviera is a little paradise. Everywhere is clean. Our stay in Stavros was pleasant. The terrace of the apartment is also very nice. The sandy beach is near, about 15 min walking distance.

The host here was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. He even left some fresh fruit for us. It was quiet here, but close enough to walk to restaurants. I enjoyed staying in this town, and if I came back, I would stay at this hotel.

We are very happy to have found this wonderful place in Stavros. The rooms are extremely clean and very well organized. On the balcony there is room for absolutely everything, including a special bed for summer days. Extremely clean pool and beautiful garden, very suitable for children. Special thanks to the two wonderful ladies who delighted us every morning with an extremely delicious breakfast and lots of smiles. Thanks to the owner for all the hospitality, all the little compliments in the room and everything he did for us. A truly wonderful place that we gladly would return. ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ :)

Everything was perfect.

Kyriazis is very helpfull host. If you need something he is there or answer via WhatsApp or Viber in seconds. Nothig was a problem. He gave us a lot of usefull tips where to go for a dinner, lunch or what to visit. The accomodation is perfect. Even if the rooms are not very large, they are very well organized, so you feel confortable even with whole family (2 adults and 2 small kids). The garden is amazing and with plenty of playing tools for childerns. The swimingpool is clean and fine as well. Breakfasts were wonderfull. To serve them in the garden is amazing idea. The location doesn´t seems as perfect for the first view, but finally I found it as perfect. It is calm, not far from the beach and from the main promenade. We perfectly enjoied our stay. Thank you.

Kyri is amazing host and the ladies who serv the breakfast and clean the room are super nice and they take care of you very well! Kyri gives superb recommendations to what to see or where to go or even where can you buy something you need. He is very helpful! The rooms are spacious and have big terrace. Most beautiful garden with games and seating area. Big pool what is good for kids and adults as well, good size for swimming as well. The location of the villa is outstanding! Close to everything shops, restaurants, bakery's and most importantly close to the beach!! Breakfast you can request and I can only recommend it as it is very generous and fresh and tasty!!

The Internet connection was not ideal, but was manageable. The owner tried a few different things to improve the internet. It was 4 of us who wanted to stream different video content and it worked. Just do not expect it to be perfect.

It was amazing. It is evident that a lot of love and hard work is put into this place. Ovner is an amazing guy, who helped us with anything we had asked for. Would recommend opting for breakfast.

Pleasant staff, a highly professional manager. Perfectly clean rooms, bathroom, outdoor pool, garden. Kids friendly. Great location. Everything was in perfect order. On arrival, we got a present, and another one when were leaving! Kiriazis, many thanks for everything, much appreciated.
