Actually nothing!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Panorama. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso machine and a well-organized, functional kitchen. The view from our room was stunning, and the location was also excellent—just a 10-minute walk from Chora. The true highlight of our stay was the hosts, Angelo and Maria. They were very hospitable, always greeting us with a warm smile and eager to offer recommendations for exploring the island. Both were genuine and authentic, still untouched by the rush of mass tourism. Definitely something we appreciated and will bring us back to Iraklia and Villa Panorama.

My only issue was with the sunlight in the moring but this is a personal issue so not fault of the villa. Anyway, as the bathroom has a glass door and its window has no shutters the sunlight directly strikes on you at early morning. But this woke up us to go around early! Also the emergency light is very strong. Finally the water in the shower in the evening had very low pressure but I guess this is due to the limited flow rate with the available water resources in the island when everyone takes a shower in the evening after coming back from the beach.

Awesome new villa built in unique position from which you have an amazing and unique view. The owners are really kind and helping and also allowed us an early checkin without any charges. The apartment is new and super clean and features everything you could need during your stay. It is very spacious, perfect for families with childrens as it has a double bed plus 2 sofa beds. All of them are super comfy. The bathroom is superb, one of the best I have ever seen in 10 years of Greece. Moreover there is a private balcony with a unique view on the surrounding islands. Also there is a public balcony for the guests with a unique view and some shadow which is always good in summer. Kindness and hospitality of the owners which came at picking up us at the port when we arriver and drop-off our luggage leaving us free to enjoy the island until our last seconds there. The apartament also features a fully equipped kitchen but we did not use it. Highly reccomended place in wonderful Iraklia island! Also they provide daily cleaning service and the maid was super nice and our apartment was always super clean. Finally, the provided us water in the fridge at our arrival and everyday they replaced the coffee capsules, which is not common at all as they usually provide them only for the first day. They change towels on request but for 2 nights we did not ask it. Bed linen super clean and peaceful location. You can walk down from a private path direclty to Livadi beach and to the port area with many excellent restaurants. They also provide delivery on request.

Villa Panorama was exceptional. The position was great. The actual views from our terrace were even better than the photos suggested! Iraklia is a small island and Villa Panorama was in a great position - a 10 minute walk from both the port and Livadi beach. We could walk to Livadi beach in the morning and then down to the town for dinner. To get the best views on the island, Villa Panorama is located at the top of the hill, but we never found the walk up from the beach or from the restaurants after dinner a problem. It was so easy to commuicate with Maria and Angelos (hope I spelt that right!) who were so kind and welcoming. They met us when our ferry arrived, gave us lots of useful information on arrival and drove us back down to catch our ferry at the end of our stay. We were very sorry to leave beautiful, quiet Iraklia and highly recommend Villa Panorama if you ever visit Iraklia.

The price you have to pay for the amazing view is that you have to climb quite a lot. The hotel is in the top of a hill and it takes approx. 15 mins walking uphill to reach it from the port. It was a bit tiring to do it under the sun or at night and I can imagine this could be an issue for older -not so fit people or individuals with mobility difficulties. Nothing to worry though if you have a car on the island cause there is also plenty of free space to park.

We loved the place. The hotel is very modern, clean and well organized and even smallest details are taken care of. The view is stunning. We saw some of the best sunrises from there.

I am struggling to find fault. If you want a busy nightlife, bustling days then this isn't the place to go, Panorma is the perfect location for a 'stop the world, I'm getting off' break.

An absolutely idyllic location on a peaceful, charming and totally relaxed island. The owners met us at the port and took us the short drive to the villa, which sits above the village halfway between the village and the larger beach at Livardi. Although an uphill walk from the village, it is beautiful.

Outstanding views, quiet, great facilities, clean, friendly hosts. Situated halfway between the village and the beach of Livadi - everything is within reach. Watching the sunrise from the balcony is an experience in itself. 😊 Watching the sunset from the old windmill is 4 minutes away. If you are looking for the best Lesser Cyclades island experience, you cannot go wrong with Villa Panorama in Iraklia.

Everything. Maria and Angelos were so kind and helpful and the property was stunning. It’s up quite a steep hill but we rented a car during the day and walked down into town at night, it’s not far. The room is really comfortable and the terrace and the view was unreal.

We loved everything!

We liked everything about this property. The lovely hosts, Maria and Angelo, kindly collected us from the ferry port and drove us up the hill to our beautiful apartment. The stunning view across the sea to neighbouring islands from the property and our terrace was breathtaking as was the sunrise. The accommodation was modern, stylish and extremely clean with lovely toiletries. The huge terrace was a fabulous place to have lunch in the company of the hosts many very cute cats. Iraklia is a wonderful, friendly island with great walking trails. The apartment was 10 minutes walk to the town centre with restaurants and shops. A nice sandy beach was a ten minute walk down the hill. We went in October but local people were still friendly and welcoming. Fabulous place. Highly recommended.

Nothing. Except the kitchen/living was functional and lacked a somewhat cosy atmosphere. Just a simple table lamp would help to improve this.

We were met at the port by the very kind Maria and husband who drove us to the appartment on the hill top. It was very clean, new, and well equipped. The bedroom was stylish. And the terrace provided us with an excellent view.

Room was beautiful and modern with a Greek look. Owners were super friendly and even picked me up from the Port. On the day I was leaving, check out was at 11am while my ferry time was at 9pm. They placed my luggage in a secure room and drove it to the port for me at 8:30pm while I explored more of the island up until leaving so that I did not have to lug it around everywhere.
