Absolutely nothing could be improved in our opinion. Private pool, villa, location & hosts were perfect.

Excellent villa, amazing pool & lovely hosts. Pics don’t do this place justice. Amazing views, peaceful, private & yet only 10 mins drive from beach & amenities. Eva was lovely, on hand should you need her & gave us lots of tips and recommendations for the area via WhatsApp. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need, fully equipped kitchen, air con & the washer was a bonus. Eva even supplied beach towels for the sun beds around the pool. The outside decking area was lovely with a large dining area and a great BBQ. Pool was amazing and very private. Yes, there was a dog next door but it only barked occasionally and as the property is completely screened off it didn’t bother us at all. Once you see the breathtaking views of the sea, olive groves and mountains the occasional dog bark isn’t even noticed. Amazing place, highly recommend

The dogs next door bark at everything they see, but once you are out of sight they stop - so they are not a real problem

Clean, spacious and stylish villa with a lovely private pool and lots of outside space. Not overlooked, beautiful views of the White mountains on one side and the coast 5km away on the other. Surrounded by fantastic countryside - olive groves and citrus trees. Lovely peaceful walking and running routes literally outside the front door. Easy access to the main road up and down the coast, handy for supermarkets and restaurants and half an hour from Chania and the airport. The owner very kindly allowed us to stay around until early evening as we were on a late flight and gave us a lovely parting gift of honey and local herbs.

Great for exploring the western end of the island near Chania and even to Rethymno (just over an hour) but much further to locations such as Knossos Palace, Heraklion and other eastern locations.

The property catered well for a family holiday with a 5 month old baby with a cot provided. The pool was nice and was cleaned at the start and end of our stay. The view was excellent on both sides - lots of options with all rooms having balconies. Location is great for Falasarna Beach during the day (about an hour) and Agia Marina for nighttime (about 20 min drive). The host was very friendly - she met us at the property and came to say goodbye, and provided recommendations via WhatsApp at the start and during our stay. Clean towels and sheets were provided halfway during our stay as offered by the host.

Excellent villa with astonishing view. Everything was at the highest level. Photos can not even close describe the surrounding beaty of mountains, olive fields, mediteranian sea and how modern the villa is. The hostess was very kind, helpful, informative and attettive. The house, inclusive kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful, stressfree vacation. The pool is deep, app 1.5 m and large for a private villa. There is outside patio, huge gas grill, shower and area for recreation. The villa is located at the hill in a very quiet area. There is neighboring house, but I have never seen any people there. There is a dog, but I have maybe heard it barking couple of times, so very peaceful dog that you wont even notice. The villa is close to enormous amounts of shops, inclusive Lidl, restaraunts and the beach. Location is perfect. You can drive from there to Falasarna, Balos, Elafonissi, Kedroassos beach, also Samaria park and the south like Hora Sfakion, Loutro and so on. The airport in Chania is also close. We were two couples, but the house easily fits six people, and we had the perfect vacation. The value for money is 10/10. We strongly recommend this place.

The host was very hospitable and attentive to our needs. The house, equipped with everything necessary for a family, is located in a very quiet and easily accessible area. The two swimming pools were like a magnet for our children. We warmly recommend this location!

Villa Nimertis is a lovely modern, well-equipped villa, nestled high in the mountains with stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains from the dual-aspect windows and balconies. There is a pretty garden, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the amazing views and sunsets, whilst there is a shaded, decked area, perfect for dining by the pool. Conveniently situated just a 5-min drive from Maleme which has a well-stocked supermarket and other amenities, plus the main coastal road leading to Chania and beaches. The best bit for me was the beautiful pool with its spa pool cascading into the main pool - ideal for refreshing dips and cooling down after a day's exploring. Our flight to Heraklion was delayed which meant after a 2.5hr drive, we arrived later than planned, but despite this, Eva was happy to meet us to hand over the keys and show us round her villa, with welcome baskets of fruit and essential items - she thought of everything! All in all - just perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!

The kitchen (under cabinets, above sink & stove) could use more lighting, as well as the bathroom sink area. There were plenty of pans and dishes, but unfortunately several of the kitchen cabinets had a strong mildew smell.

The pool was perfect. Towels included. Our younger kids could reach in the round pool, and the larger pool even had a narrow platform around the edge of the pool so the kids could walk around the edges when they couldn't touch. Totally set up to enjoy the yard/patio. Many sun loungers, shade umbrella, propane grill, hose, laundry rack and clothespins. There's chairs on the front porch to watch the sunset. The upper covered balcony has a comfortable lounge couch with table and chairs. *You definitely will want to spend time at the house! Don't book all your days on tours and beaches.* Wifi was good, AC was cold. Snacks, wine & a giant frozen pizza were left for us. Host was very accommodating when we had to arrive a day later than planned. Garage available, though parking in the driveway was enough. Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of a big city. Cretan Brewery isn't far away, for a great dinner. Lovely flowers and potted plants in the yard. Closest beaches are to the north and are more pebble than sand.
