We have nothing to complain about!

The location of the villa is perfect. 10 min walk to lidl and Synca supermarket. A smaller supermarket just below the house to buy drinks and snacks. Then you have multiple resturants and stores within 10-15 min in all directions of the villa. 3 min walk to the beach where you can just find a spot and lay in the sand or rent sunbeds if you want that. The staff at BeOnHolidays are super friendly and did everything to make our visit the perfect holiday. We are super happy with the experience to rent a villa from beonholidays.gr!

Nothing

Excellent communication in advance by email with clear instructions on how to access property and keys (as we arrived in the middle of the night). A taxi transfer was booked for us and he helped us get the keys in box. Villa was spotlessly clean. A bottle of water and wine in fridge much appreciated. 3 floors with a lift was handy for the suitcases and my elderly mum. Views from 1st and 2nd floors were stunning with sea views. Pool was great. Everything you could need in the kitchen. The office was around the corner from the villa and also contactable easily by phone or WhatsApp. Any minor issues were sorted immediately. They booked taxis for us. A short walk to lots of lovely restaurants. Restaurant Orexi and Pieto restaurant so close and were our favourites locally. Lupa coffee shop a little further for morning coffee and lunchtime baguettes. Short stroll to beach. Easy to get a short taxi or bus ride (bus stop very close) to Chania.

The under property car parking was a little stressful getting out of as it was a tight exit which we had to reverse through onto a surprisingly busy street.

The property was very well located right next to lots of restaurants and the beach. It was modern and well kept with excellent facilities.

The Villa is stunning, spotless clean, well equipped with quality fixtures and fittings and huge, the pictures don't lie its everything and more. It is without doubt one on the nicest places we have stayed and would return in a heart beat, it is definitely worthy of the title luxury Villa. Its location for us was perfect, beaches with in minutes away and they are stunning with fantastic views, numerous good Tavernas minutes walks away, bus stop just outside which we caught to Chania and it was easy and worthwhile Nikos and Mary couldn't do enough for us, what ever we required or wanted to know they sorted we couldn't thank them enough for their help and good advice, they arranged hire car for us and taxis whenever required. The Villa, Nikos and Mary made it a truly memorable holiday.

There was nothing wrong - nothing at all.

A first class villa. I would absolutely recommend this as a holiday home. Big, modern and brimming with features to make your holiday special. All the fixtures and fittings are high quality. • The bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and had plenty of storage. Each bedroom was en- suite plus a couple of further toilet/shower rooms and a plentiful supply of towels. • The living areas were enormous, generously furnished with comfortable sofas/chairs. The villa would manage 6 adults easily. • The kitchen had everything you could want - all the appliances were modern and worked well. • The pool was everything its was meant to be - not olympic size but easily big enough to cool off. The poolside furniture was comfortable, plentiful and of a decent quality. • The villa was serviced routinely by a cleaner who was efficient. • The villa boasts private underground parking, albeit the entrance driveway is narrow and requires care. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, the villa is well positioned. There is a small supermarket within a hundred metres; a larger supermarket is a 3 min drive away. Chania is a short drive away and well worth visiting - as we did frequently. The villa has a number of beaches nearby - our favourite was Yannis Beach Place - less than 5 minutes drive.

Maybe have a few more mugs needed in the kitchen for coffee in the morning. There were only two of us staying but a bigger party might benefit from a few more.

Great house, excellent facilities, spotlessly clean, lovely pool and garden, very helpful host who got us a top booking in a great restuarant in town. Great location for the beach, bus stop outside the door for busses into town, lots of good local restaurants and shops within a five or ten minute walk. And what a view from the top floor! Did I mention the lift?

My wife and I stayed at this amazing villa for 2 weeks, but we wish we’d stayed so much longer! From the moment we booked Villa Meliti owner Nikos was in touch and made us feel welcome even before we arrived.He was waiting for us as soon as we've get there to show us the place The Villa is brand new with top notch finishes and forniture. Located only a few minute’s walk to the beach, close to mini market Pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. - a fully equipped kitchen, 3 beautiful large and comfortable bedrooms, 5 lovely bathroom, and a top floor living room with a gorgeous view; our favorite was the pool area large, quiet, with a nice shower Cleanliness is impeccable and Routine cleaning can be arranged with Nikos upon arrival... ! Garage is ample and in direct communication with the villa, super easy. Honestly absolutely fantastic I cannot recommend this place highly enough - the attention to detail, location, quality, everything is perfect:) We will be back!!

Needs more information on booking that the master bedroom (awesome) is one, the other two bedrooms are small and very small. Not so cool when trying to decide who's going to take the masterbedroom like in our case three couples were sharing the villa. Probaby won't be an issue if the villa is booked by a family with kids and maid. Little bit noisy from the main street below, but considering the access I guess it's OK.

Everything is brand new. Great kitchen amenities. Awesome view from the top floor. Private pool and elevator. Fairly easy access to the local beaches. Underground parking
