When sitting on outside chairs on the porch the wifi was spotty.

Loved the location to the windmills and old town. Really appreciated and loved the service from the brothers at the front desk. So helpful with busing and beach info. Loved the “5 min” speech on arrival and map breakdown. 11/10 customer service. Room was perfect for us.

Nothing we didn't like

This stand alone self contained suite with two balconies was comfortable, well furnished with good facilities. Alex and Nichos are attentive, helpful hosts. We were collected at the port and taken to the airport the next day (for 35 euros). The location was quiet, with lovely views and access down a lot of steps to the beach. A good breakfast was delivered to our room.

Not really anything we didn’t like. It’s a walk to town but it is very doable.

Beautiful guest house with sea view. Amazing service from Alex who was very helpful and friendly. He have us the perfect beach and restaurant tips, texi service and breakfast was also amazing, we even borrowed books to read on the beach. Room was a great maisonette on 2 floors with kitchenette and terrace. We loved it!!

Just like the rest of the comments say, the owners are extremely friendly, helpful and authentic!! We came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and they offered us a very lovely surprise. The breakfast to the room is an amazing idea especially after a night out drinking

Great communication from the hosts and very personal service, they couldn't have been more helpful and provided transfers between the accommodation and the airport and port. The property was fantastic value and combined the convenience of a hotel with the privacy and comfort of a holiday rental property. The location was a perfect distance from the centre of Mykonos town, within walking distance but quiet with great sea views. We couldn't fault it.

Villa Margarita is a hotel run by family. Alex and Nikos were super nice to talk to and provided good tips for places to visit. The breakfast provided was great. The beach is visible from the hotel and at walking distance. Mykonos town is also 15-20 mins by foot. Overall very nice property with amazing view and great hosts.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Margarita! The location was perfect, the bed was really comfy and the facilities were great. The best part of our stay was how helpful the owner Nikos was to us, he gave us so many recommendations and even organised an ATV for us that worked out perfectly. Will definitely be back here!

The family that owns the Hotel, Nikos and Alex made our 2 days the best. They gave us all the nice tips and locations to visit. Both were always very helpful and pleasant. It is only about 10 minutes walk to the town. I will be recommending it to friends and family.

The breakfast was excellent and the variety was great. They served it inside our room so we could enjoy it at the balcony and watch the incredible view. The room and bathroom were very clean and beautiful, and the room was cleaned daily (so were the towels). Definitely a five star hotel quality!! The hospital was exceeding our expectations and Alex and Nico were great hosts. They were very attentive if we had any questions or issues. The superior room we booked were the best as every morning we woke up to the picturesque Aegean Sea view. The distance to town was roughly less than 15 mins. The beach was only 2 mins walk. We will definitely come back to Villa Margarita if we visit Mykonos again.

The villa was beautiful and so authentic. It was clean and exactly what we needed. A great location as it was away from the hustle and noise of the centre but this was all within a short walking distance. Beaches and bus stops were on our doorstep. Nikos, the host, was truly lovely. Highly recommend this place.

There is no pool but one is being installed! Transfer to/ from port 20euros which is perhaps on the more expensive side.

Niko, Alex and their family were very engaging and gave us FANTASTIC recommendations. They were always there for us and very accommodating, they really do go the extra mile to make sure guests have an enjoyable stay. Room impeccably clean. Bed very comfortable. Great views of the old town. Breakfast was delicious

Some simple things - hooks on the walls to hang a few items - glass top on the table where the coffee brew machine was sitting .. if you spill water (and it’s very likely you will ) it would be better for the wood - instead of the coffee machine just get an electric kettle … easier and less hassle - remove the door where the fridge sits … it gets super hot in the cabinet and by removing the door it would improve the performance of the refrigerator -consider adding a mini spilt a/c in the main room … - add two wine glasses to the cabinet for guests to use for wine

The room was large, nicely set up and very clean … with a bedroom view of the bay … we loved the friendly cats! …. And the owners story it was named after their mother … who is also very nice …. And whale way out of the ordinary Nicolas drive us to the beach when cabs were not available

It was smaller than expected but very cozy.

We liked the connectivity to the city from the property. Loved the hosts as they laid out the entire stay for us including maps, helping us understand the island, getting transportation, food and excellent communication. My boyfriend had an injury they went out of their way to help him. I would recommend anyone reading my review to book this place.

The hotel is walking distance from Mykonos Town, but far away enough that you can enjoy some peace and quiet. The rooms are cute and the bathrooms are very spacious. The value for money provided is fantastic. However, what sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service from the team. From the moment you land and they pick you up, the team is kind, welcoming, helpful and always available for anything. We had a great time at this hotel, and would definitely stay here again.
