Maria is such a warm and welcoming host that you feel at home very quickly. Her place has everything you need for a memorable stay at a great price. We particularly loved the balcony for a sunset drink and view of the castle.

Only downside maybe is the quality of the bed and it can be a bit noisy at night. But I used some earplugs and it was just fine.

I'm doing a trip through Europe and this was easily the best welcome I had during my entire trip. The host is absolutely amazing, it felt like coming home! The rooms are ok. Nothing special but everything you need! The view at the balcony, location and free parking however makes this a 5 star review! I would definitely come back again!

In the evening of our departure day we were informed that we had to stay 3 extra days for our ferry to Italy. Luckily we found an excellent accomodation at Villa Ilion and were warmly wellcomed by Maria. Waking up next morning to a stunning view and Maria providing with morning coffee helped to put us in a good mood again. The disappointment of the delay turned out to be better than experter. Can't do anything but recommend Villa Ilion. The rooms, the location and of course the hostess Maria.

Location is a hidden gem: an Art Deco style villa with an amazing view over the venetian castle, Valtos gulf and beach, Parga town and the mountain behind. You can see the sun (Ilios means Sun) all day, from sunrise to an amazing sunset as if you are on the top of the world! Apart from the great view, there are a few more pluses that had to be mentioned: there is a parking lot for each room (7 places) so you don't have to carry the luggage through all the town, the location is pet friendly, this is how we got there because there are not many in Parga and, most important, the host, Maria, is extraordinary: a very helpful, kind and positive person. Rooms are very spacious, well equipped for self cooking and the balconies are very large with the great view we've allready mentioned. Many, many thanks for hosting us, Maria and when we'll return in Parga we shall return to villa Ilios for sure!

Facing the sea, in an art deco inspired villa, I enjoy a Greek coffee and my wife an orange juice, offered by Maria the owner faithful to the legendary welcome of the Greeks who does not know what to do to please us. Her warm smile, the attentive look she has on us, makes our stay unforgettable. We spend two days at her home, in her wonderful village of Parga. Villa Ilios deserves its name, the sun shines on the premises thanks to Maria who continues the work of her husband architect who built it. And for the hardware side everything is very clean, spacious rooms, well equipped. All have a balcony to eat facing the sea. The toilet was enough for a weekend stay but dark with a missing light bulb.

The view of the room was exceptional. The balcony was big and spacious. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The windows are with privacy glass, great to keep the sun and hot out. There is also a big phenomenal parking space behind the building.

Maria (the host) was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful and accommodating. Free onsite parking was extremely convenient. Perfectly located just outside the old town but within an easy walk to the beach and town.

Good coomunication with the host, Maria. Excellent studio on top floor with a huge terace and a great view over the castle and see. Very clean room with all amenities, comfortable bed. The location of Villa Ilios is perfect and what makes it even more convenient is the parking spots. We loved Maria - the host that is very kind and helpful. It is so nice that pets are allowed. :) If you can, you should book the top floor, the view is spectacular!

A pleasant vacation, the villa is in a fantastic location; as soon as you step out of the room, you have a beautiful sea view, and after a few minutes of walking, you find yourself in the center of Parga! The rooms are cleaned every day, and the owner, Maria, is very kind and friendly.

The location is great. Valtos Beach is 5 minutes away. The castle and the old part of the city are close to. There are many nice restaurants and taverns nearby whit beautiful view and delicious food. Аnd there is secured parking which is very important for Parga. The view is great, and Maria is a very kind and helpful person. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We had an amazing time staying at Maria’s house! A perfect location for Parga- 10 minutes walking to the beach and 5 minutes to downtown. The room was clean and had an amazing view! Maria was such a lovely host, & spoke great English which made the check in very easy! Location was incredible, couldn't get any better than this & the view was absolutely stunning.
