Maria (the host) was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful and accommodating. Free onsite parking was extremely convenient. Perfectly located just outside the old town but within an easy walk to the beach and town.

Good coomunication with the host, Maria. Excellent studio on top floor with a huge terace and a great view over the castle and see. Very clean room with all amenities, comfortable bed. Towels changed every day. Spacious parking space behind the villa. Great position to the Valtos beach, restaurants and streets with shops. Thank you Maria.

The location of Villa Ilios is perfect and what makes it even more convenient is the parking spots. We loved Maria - the host that is very kind and helpful. It is so nice that pets are allowed. :) If you can, you should book the top floor, the view is spectacular!

I recently stayed at Villa Ilios and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. A pleasant vacation, the villa is in a fantastic location; as soon as you step out of the room, you have a beautiful sea view, and after a few minutes of walking, you find yourself in the center of Parga! The rooms are cleaned every day, and the owner, Maria, is very kind and friendly.

The location is great. Valtos Beach is 5 minutes away. The castle and the old part of the city are close to. There are many nice restaurants and taverns nearby whit beautiful view and delicious food. Аnd there is secured parking which is very important for Parga. The view is great, and Maria is a very kind and helpful person. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We had an amazing time staying at Maria’s house! A perfect location for Parga- 10 minutes walking to the beach and 5 minutes to downtown. The room was clean and had an amazing view! Maria is just lovely and was so happy to help us make our stay perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer, thank you Maria for an amazing stay in paradise!

Maria was such a lovely host, & spoke great English which made the check in very easy! Location was incredible, couldn't get any better than this & the view was absolutely stunning. Felt amazing waking up to the beach at your balcony & perfect view of the Parga Castle! Hotel came with parking too which was an added bonus! Recommend this stay to all!

The accommodation is highly recommended, one of the most beautiful views of the castle and the sea, equally far from the center and Valtos beach, just a few minutes' walk away. The landlady Maria is wonderful, at your service to make your stay at the sea relaxed and comfortable. The apartments are always tidy and clean, once you come you want to always come back.

One of the most wonderful places I've visited. Easy to find, big parking for cars and motorbikes at no additional cost. The room was very clean, cozy and spacious. It has everything one need to prepare tasty breakfasts or delicious dinners. And the view from the room balkony- 1 million dollars view! Villa Ilios situated on a hill looking straight to the seaside and towards the castle on the hill. Imagine having your morning Greek coffee with this view- magic! Bathroom is well equipped. Maria (the host) is the sweetest, the most hospitable, and warmest lady I've ever met! Upon our arrival she pared me a nice greek coffee for a welcome. She's carrying and responsive. If one cannot make it for a coffee with her, she'll always find something for a sweet treat :) It was a great pleasure for us to be guests to Villa Ilios and for sure we'll come back again

There is some sewage smell in the bathroom, but if you keep the window open, it is ok.

The owner is really, really nice, helpful and ready to help you. The location is great! The kitchen in the room has everything you need. It is close to the castle ( up to10 min walk) and the port (15 min walk). Great value for money!

Everything !! Maria is the bestest person we met in Greece. The room was more than clean and she even offered a coffee. Also Maria doesn't charge you before you visit the room so you can choose to stay or not as it sweets you which is really nice. The landscape is amazing and I literally felt in love with Parga. In few words just go there
