Swimming pool too cold - not heated but we were a bit early in the season. Car parking for the hire car was a short 5min walk away in public car park but it was free.

Very nice hotel, very clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful staff. Location was OK, bit of a steep hill to climb to get to town centre - approx 10-15 mins walk. Nice breakfast.

The staffs are so friendly and helpful, we talked a lots about a lot of things, the location is very good, not so far from the center but we can reach the hotel by taxi, the breakfast is nice with a lot of choices, the room is clean and bright. Want me to return to this hotel when I return to Santorini.

10/10! We were welcomed straight away as we pulled in with our bike, the receptionist was so lovely, provided us with a map and some suggestions what to do and also restaurant recommendations too. The breakfast was amazing, enough choices and also a coffee machine too! the room was exactly like the pictures, comfort was 10/10

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and the breakfast was great. The reception staff, Ioanna and Evelyn were very helpful in signposting lovely places to make our stay in Santorini memorable.

Only thing that was not amazing was the shower head which sprayed everywhere and made the bathroom very wet.

Absolutely amazing staff who were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nice variety for breakfast as well. Great value for money, only a short walk to the city centre.

There was nothing really not to like about Gianna Suites. The only issue was with the WiFi connection.

The staff, Evelyn and Ioanna, were amazing 👏 . Very friendly and helpful. We didn't have an itinerary, but they provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay memorable.

Each and every luxuries were unique and well maintained. We had special private jacuzzi and that was really fabulous. Staffs at reception were super good.. we had all our food at their suggestions and all were really delicious. Kind hearted guys and best breakfast. We would really love to go the next time we visit Santorini

No fresh juice and the choice for breakfast could be a bit more various.

Very good location about 10-15 min walk to Fira centre (however steep path to go up). Great service and staff was super friendly and helpful we felt completely comfortable and welcome. Decent breakfast , not too much choice but, with something for everybody, fresh fruits every day (some fresh juice would have been perfect). The room was spacious enough , clean, with a little balcony on the street side, so we were not very private but which did not bother us. A nice little pool, but the weather was unfortunately not yet warm enough for a swim (not many sunbeds, which could be crowded in summer). I would definitely recommend this place especially the price/service was really good. Thank you for a lovely time!

the wifi was a little in and out but didn’t bother us!

upon arrival we were informed we had been upgraded free of charge which was a great start to the holiday! the hotel was super clean and nice, the staff were so helpful and friendly, nice breakfast and good location for getting into the centre within 10/15 mins but still being in a quiet location. they arranged our taxi transfer back to the airport too which was great.

- The room was very cold and humid. There's some kind of condensation because the doors and walls were heavily wet in the morning. It was very uncomfortable feeling. - TV was lacking more channels. - Soap wasn't enough.

- The staff, specially Ioanna, she really was amazing and very helpful. She was very proactive always finding solutions and also she recommended us some places. Very remarkable! - The location. It's in Fira, 10 mins walk from the bus station and very convenient. - Price was very good. - The place has a nice pool, unfortunately the weather was cold the second day. - The breakfast was very good.

There was a large rip in the cushion cover outside by the tub but this didn’t present a large issue. This did get worse over the course of our stay but the staff were understanding. Unfortunately breakfast was a 0/10 and is the worst I have ever had in a hotel - the boiled eggs had blackened yolks on the inside and the other foods were greasy and over cooked. There was cereal and toast but we tended to get food up in Fira instead as the views while getting a breakfast are just exceptional.

The room was big and clean with lots of light, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a big tub/shower. The balcony and private pool/tub were great (spent a lot of time here when not exploring), as the views were great. The staff were always helpful, with recommendations and organisation for hiring quad bikes or getting a taxi etc. Would definitely come back.
