Everything was perfect!

We could not have had better accommodation. Mrs. Elen and her mom are incredibly nice, helpful persons in everything. Really like a family. They helped us in every way. We felt there like at home from the beginning of our stay. Elen picked us up at the airport and showed us what we needed. Communication was great in every way. The accommodation is in a beautiful environment, cleanliness 10 points, peace and a wonderful view from the room. Great place to relax after day on the beach. There are nice beaches also great for children only 5-10 minutes on foot. We didn't miss anything on the island. If we ever come back, we will definitely go to Villa Friderika, where we already have our new warm, dear friends. They made us feel very welcome. I can only recommend with 10 points Villa Frideriky. We already miss Skiahos an beautiful island. Hope to come back soon.

Nothing. We loved the feel of the place and felt so chilled and relaxed. There is a 50 metre steep climb to the property which some folk may find tough and so worth it for the fantastic view but that’s the only possible negative.

Simple, straightforward and does the job . So peaceful and quiet. So clean and tidy ( fresh towels and bed linen every day)with a great patio space with amazing hillside views ( great place to relax after day on the beach)

Very pleasant family accommodation, the apartment was fully equipped and very clean, with nice terrace. The host Elena was super friendly, full of energy and fulfilling our wishes before we even pronounced them. I appreciated that we could borrow beach towels and beach toys and also the advice regarding trips, treks, beaches and restaurants.

We loved the Villa Frideriki , such a beautiful and quite place, perfect location with restaurants around and beach. Very clean, stylish with comfortable beds and fully kitchenette, the studio has a beautiful sea view. Very warm hospitality from the owners, we really appreciate the warm welcome we received. Thank you Elena, we definitely will come back!

Could have had more kitchen items eg cereal bowls, salt but these were supplied to us instantly when we asked. I get the impression that Elena quite genuinely wants her gusets to have a great time and goes out of her way to make sure that they do

Just a short walk to nearest beach and a great taverna (Jimmy's). Property was excellently maintained and completely spotless. Terraces were fantastic to sit on for breakfast or a glass of wine with magnificent views. Most important point was that Elena is a hostess who surpasses the highest expectations in so far as her attitude is spot on. She drove to the ferry port to pick up the family and then took us to the supermarket and waited while we got some shopping. She let us go off on our own on the day of departure and then drove to the ferry port with our luggage, thus allowing us to enjoy our last day on the beach and wondering around town unencumbered with luggage. During our stay, she was mostly onsite and checked various times if there was anything we needed, one day she put the washing machine on for us so we would have clean dry clothes when we returned from a day out, etc , etc. She was frequently available in person and always responsive to text messages, She welcomed us to sit with her for a chat over a coffee on her terrace area. In short, Elena is a superb hostess.

Just back from an absolutely wonderful stay in Villa Frideriki. This is without doubt the prettiest, most comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Agia Paraskevi…if not Skiathos! Elena is the most amazing host, nothing is too much for her and her lovely family. The room was immaculately clean and Elena was always on hand offering recommendations for things to do on the island. We couldn’t have wished for anything more. Thank you for a lovely holiday 😘

Quite frankly, nothing at all.

The location was very convenient and easy to find, especially if you have a car available. If not, there are bus stops closeby too. The views were amazing, really helped us relax. The rooms clean and well maintained by lovely Elena who, you will find, is one of the nicest people you’ll meet.

Elena is the best host you could ever have - always kind and helpful. She picked us from the airport, recommended best places to eat and visit and was always ready to make a frappe and have a nice talk :) Villa is beautifully situated with an outstanding view and a lovely garden. It is close to the sea and main road where the bus stop is but at the same time it is peaceful and quiet. Rooms are clean and tidy, towels and bed sheets changed regularly. Wonderful place for holidays!

The Host Elena went out of her way to be of assistance in every way, she met us at the airport, gave us great advice on restaurants ,transport and the best places to go on the island of Skiathos. The rooms are beautifully clean, sheets and towels changed regulary, the garden is great and the views spectacular. When our daughter decided to come for the first five days of our holiday at late notice she accommodated her and was so welcoming. Many thanks Elena, Frideriki & Dimitrious for a wonderful time at Villa Frideriki , We will be back ..... Ian & Karen xx

Everything was perfect!

We liked everything! It was a lovely vacation! The location of the villa is excellent, the view was great, the room was cleaned daily, towels were changes daily. The beach is very close and there are many taverns around. The hosts are lovely, warm and friendly people, they help you with anything you need. Everything was wonderful!

Loved our stay there. Feels so homey. Elena and her mom Frideriki are so welcoming and helpful. Elena picked us up from the airport and was willing to drive us whenever needed and was always willing to offer us coffee, chat with us and give us informations about the places we should visit. Our room was spotless and Elena privided whatever extras we needed. Will definitely go back whenever in Skiathos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Frideriki. Elena and her family are very nice, welcoming, helpful and always there to make sure your stay is as good as possible. Our apartment was very clean, furniture was new and we had an awesome seaview. Highly recommended.

If i had to find something to say, then i would say that i didnt like the chairs at the balcony. I did not find them sturdy enough for my taste. But then again, i'm 130kg, so..

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. it is up a steep drive but that helps to burn off some of the amazing food we indulged in!

The villa is in an amazing location with views of the nearby mountains and sea. Elena was a wonderful host, helpful and welcoming. The villa was clean and comfortable. we have visited Skiathos before and stayed in one of the luxury hotels but Villa Frideriki is in a better location, 5 minute walk to an amazing beach. Lots of Tavernas close by and short journeys to Skiathos town. We had a lovely large balcony.
